Unbelievably TERRIBLE!!!!!! Little Caesar’s used to be my favorite low-end pizza joint, especially as a single HARD working Mom! Boy is that NOT the case now! I just ordered through the website and the wait was terrible! The delivery lady, who delivered using Door Dash, lied & said that she’s delivered over a 1000 pizzas & no customer has ever tried to contact her, and her phone is set to safety, so she doesn’t answer calls while doing deliveries! ♀️What a doozy!!! I told her that l don’t believe her! Customer service offered to refund me a measly 15% of my hard earned money for sauceless, cold, dried out pizza, when I requested that they make it over! He apologized, of which they can’t be genuinely sympathetic with such an insensitive policy! I am livid and will be warning everyone to stay away from Little Caesar’s and Door Dash!!! Ruined the dinner for my hungry clients and I!

they locked our order (which was made 10 minutes after the time prediction) in the pizza portal that we couldn’t open because the tablet was shut off and the scanner wouldn’t scan. They helped another lady get her order manually from the portal but totally ignored us another 15 minutes. They were out of the sodas we ordered and one of the $1 sauces of garlic sauce was opened. Me and my brother ordered on line pepperoni…pizza and crazzy puffs 3boxes .and let me tell you we picked up food and it was so freaking nasty old pizza old puffs everything was freaking cold .like we had to put puffs in microwave for 30sec .Just to heat up and it they tasted off so did pizza we order extra most best pepperoni. And there was like less than 20 pepperoni. On the whole pizza never the less food had bad taste cold and over all could or should have just bought bugers.this is just an honest feed back from tonihjt

Today, 3/14/25, I decided to give this company and location a second chance on ordering food. I drove to the location to verify it was open (see below for context). The order was done it a timely manner, but Incorrect. I ordered a 2 topping pizza and it only has 1 topping. The pizza is not as they’re supposed to be, cheese is supposed to cover the whole top surface. Cooked well otherwise. Toppings skimping. Only the Puff cups were prefect. I tried to call the branch as I’m unable to go back since I’ve returned to work to see if they’ll credit me the difference on my order and it’s raining hard. I’ll likely stop by next week to see how this can be resolved.

What happened to hot any ready?? Ordered our pizza at 5:30 and arrived at 6. Pizza wasnt done until 7. We saw employees completing dozens of pizzas without handing them out/taking their time. AND they forgot our cheese dip and marinara, I was so done I didnt even care to look. I thought it would be a quick and easy meal, now im sticking to my pookie papa John. He has never let me down.

Don’t bother ordering unless you want a partial order with no refund on what you didn’t receive. Four phone calls over the course of a month and I still haven’t received a refund.
The whole idea of this place is cheap and easy food. Thanks for helping me break the habit of a guilty pleasure of pizza, I guess. Not donating any more money for this horribly ran place.
Don’t blame the delivery people. They get assured everything is in the order by the staff who is too lazy to actually check. Just order from anywhere else.

Ok, so my kid is wild about Crazy Bread and we’ve been missing a local store, so we were super psyched when this one opened. Listen, I’ll be the first to admit this location started out ROUGH. We kept trying and it was always a long wait, one time we didn’t get anything but a refund. I almost gave up on it. But the last couple times I’ve ordered, they really got it figured out. Food was ready when promised, if not early, no one waiting, just generally way better vibes. Give them a chance, really glad I came back around.

Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 orders of crazy puffs and an order of crazy bread.
As you see from the picture, the crazy puffs were not as advertised. Also, they were not even hot and are given to you in a plastic container instead of a cardboard box.
Had to put our food in the air fryer to get food hot and crispy.
Off duty employees were walking in and going in the back talking loudly to other employees.
Not to mention, front end employee had phone headphones in and was looking at her phone in between other customers that came in.
Customers beware if you are ordering from this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. An hour after ordering on the “fast, easy, and convenient” app the pizzas hadn’t even been started yet. The people working were more interested in talking on their phones and each other, rather than giving the customers updates or even the time of day.

The pizza is generally good for the price. This location has an operations problem. I sometimes have to wait or leave and come back because my pizza isn’t ready on time. The last time I was in there were 12 people waiting inside and 3 outside for the pizzas they’ve ordered. I’ve never seen this location have anything “hot and ready”. The pizza is usually good but have gotten a couple of duds where the crust is not cooked right. Also the email notification is hit or miss if they tell you the pizza is ready and the self serve kiosk is almost always not working correctly.
