Got a simple pepperoni pizza silly me I didn’t look at it once I bought it. Drove home and it was very stale very old and very tough. Went over to the Little Caesars on Kasold got the same pizza same day at home after double-checking and it was great and the regular great standard Little Caesars Pizza!

My daughter and I drove 30 minutes to get the new Pepsi pineapple drink and pizzas for dinner. We found out it’s drive thru only. Okay no big deal. Go to drive thru and had to explain my order not once not twice but four times to the guy. We paid $31.00 for 2 pizzas and 2 sodas. Had to wait in the parking lot for them to bring our order out. We drive the 30 mins home and found out that our pizzas weren’t what we expected. One pizza was thin crust okay but the edges were so hard you couldn’t eat it. And the toppings were more on one side. The other pizza had more crust then anything and hardly no sauce. Tried calling the Little Caesars place we went to to talk to complain and possibly get my money back because I’m not driving 30 mins there and back again. If course no one answered. So basically I lost money. If you don’t have to eat there I wouldn’t recommend it at all!!!!! We tried to eat it but couldn’t. The toppings tasted old and like they been reheated. The cheese pizza was bland.

Had a busy day so I stopped for a pizza to go I walked up went for the door handle pulled back and it came up hitting the ground. It was a large metal handle that bounced and could have cause some Serious damage. I entered and am employee names JORDAN was standing there with a dumbfounded goofy look on his face and as just as I unprofessional as he looked he says “Bro, you didn’t see the sign on the door”I said no were it locked or taped off maybe I would have looked for a sign but I’m not required to read anything before entering the store and that’s just not extra work I had time to do today if the handle is broken and continuously coming off why then would you put the handle back on so that it could be pulled off again and 0 a potentially cause someone some serious injury leave the handle off put some red or orange tape or just lock it even and then stick your sign up then people can proceed accordingly but you don’t know who can and can’t read who will or won’t read if that’s what you’re taking your chances on and in a professional establishment you’re asking for some real problems and you and that handle are a liability. With no real words of any kind that makes sense to respond with they simply says well you can leave I can do a lot of things but I’m going to order my pizza he said we’re not going to serve you bro you can leave bro just leave bro. Sir or Mr I wish I could see Little Caesars training their employees to use but “bro”? , surely not. The other employee who’s working was very nice very professional she interjected and said it’s okay I’ll take care of it I’ll handle it I’ll serve him to which I said thank you I appreciate that to which he had no respect for he just continued on we’re not serving you bro I’m calling the cops bro. As heavy of a weed smell as I was getting off of him I assumed he would just take that as a few to take his smoke break and go puff on his weed and leave . Then as I said they’re listening to him dial the police he spoke like a vindictive girlfriend who inflates facts and twist the story to suit her position to intentionally wrongfully get someone in trouble or arrested. Love story short it did not work but it did cost the store customer and I have contacted corporate so if you want your pizza made by Jordan who reeks of weed and wanted to call you bro and I’m fairly sure it doesn’t wash his hands before he starts to prep your meal then this is what might be a great place otherwise Id find somewhere else to eat

Worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to. There’s 4 people in the back and I came in and stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone tried to say anything to me. They all saw me too. Absolute joke, whoever hired those 4 needs to be fired right along with them. Employees should not be wearing headphones if it prevents them from hearing customers in the store.
Edit to add: when they finally put the order in the box they left off 2 items so I needed to get someone’s attention. Nobody was around, I said hello multiple times before peeking my head around the corner to get someone’s attention and he comes out screaming about not coming being the counter, I didn’t, but I shouldn’t have to find an employee to do his job. Also there was another customer that pulled up to the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes without anyone going to help him before he just pulled off.

I basically come every Friday because I am addicted to the stuffed crazy bread. And I would like to shout out Mary Ann at this location because is just delightful and I believe deserves a raise. Always is kind to me and I appreciate that since I’m new in town and I hope a upper management sees this. 🙂 thank you Mary Ann (hope that’s how you spell it) you are a blessing in disguise!

Both times we’ve gone, the lobby was closed hours before the store closed. Not the biggest deal, but I’d prefer to just walk in and pick up my order and not wait in a 10 minute line.
Anyway: the first time, upon getting to the window we just sat and waited for around 7 minutes. Finally an employee came to the window and apologized for “not seeing” us. The pizza was barely warm and tasted old.
The second time, I arrived and started to walk in. There was a man smoking on the curb, cigarette lighter propping open the door. The only words out of his mouth were “dRiVe tHrU OnLy”, before he tossed his smoke and returned inside. The pizzas I received were just gross.
I know I’m not paying for a gourmet, top of the line product, and I’m okay with that. Little Ceasars has always been a fine, hot, perfectly adequate pizza that in my experience typically beats the other low-market pizza chains.
But they just hit none of that with this order. Again the pizzas were barely warm. The pretzel crust pizza looked like it was victim to the ol’ loosened salt shaker lid prank. After the first few bites from the center it was too salty to enjoy. If you’re really into soft pretzels turned crunchy from salt overload, or order margaritas just to lick the rim of the glass, you may have loved it.
The second pizza was bizarrely bad. Yes it was cold, yes the crust was tough and felt like it had been reheated and cooled several times over the past 4 hours. The pizza was kinda tossed around all over itself in the box. And it seemed…misshapen. It looked like they had 2 or 3 pizzas leftover and just decided to recycle and assemble a new pie from remnants.
But wrapping things up: it’s an unimpressive location. The employees seem to not give a shit and the product is then unsurprisingly garbage. Wherever you are in Lawrence, you’re best off traveling to the 23rd street location, which I’ve had nothing but good experiences with.

I love Little Caesars, I really do, and have ordered from them regularly over the years both in the last year or so since they have reopened in Lawrence recently and years ago before they closed in Lawrence. Probably several times per month. I know the difference between their regular $5.99 large pizzas and their, “Extra Most Bestest” Pizzas for a dollar more. I always order the EMB style and since they reopened, I find that they just give me a regular large (not Extra Most Bestest) about 80-90% of the time. I have driven back a few times to have it remade, and twice now have even noted it right at the shop, and both times had to wait an extra 10 minutes while they made a new one the right way.
My point is, that these aren’t just accidents anymore. I’ve ordered at least a dozen times in the last three months and they have given me non-EMB pizzas at least ten of those times. This particular franchisee (or the local manager) is just intentionally trying to get away with it. I hate having to write a negative review, but complaining to the local manager, the person who is knowingly ordering this to happen as policy, just isn’t doing any good. I hope the franchisee sees this, or maybe Little Caesars marketing.

Ordered a pizza online.. went to drive thru to pick up and was rudely greeted by employee saying that the drive thru is only for ordering not for picking up and I should come in next time.. how would anyone know that?? And what does it matter. Overall terrible service!!

I’ve ordered from this location several times and am yet to have a bad experience. Even on Super Bowl Sunday, the staff were helpful and fast on service. The food quality is what you pay for. This is easily one of the better LC locations, though.
