Affordable pizza, it tastes okay, but not the best. I’m not a huge fan of the crust. Good for kids pizza parties when on a budget. The bathrooms were kind of gross, and I had to look around for toilet paper. Normally, it is a ten minute wait, and they are frequently out of crazy bread. Order ahead for pick up if you are getting a lot of pizza. It saves so much time.

I went to this store instead of Republic MO, since they made our food wrong.
After giving our coupon explanation to the woman about our experience there, she made sure it was done correctly and also replied that she would’ve been disappointed as well if it wasn’t made correctly.
Thanks to the Co-Manager working with one other person that night and making sure our food was done correctly out of her own ideal of how many orders she had to make sure customers were getting what they ordered, I appreciate everything she has done! Thank you. Also want to put out there that she help another customer with a complaint with crazy bread and she dealt with the situation professionally and took care of it immediately!! Excellent service everyone

Watch out for the undisclosed credit card fee. They charge $.30 and don’t tell you about it until after. Very deceiving .
Looks like things are improving, customer support is better, still lacking in the hot n ready department , but I’ve been going to another pizza chain more. With the prices going up , it doesn’t make a lot of sense to keep going here, but when I want something quick and don’t want to go to the other side of town it’s acceptable.
Updating my review again. I don’t know why I keep practicing this insanity, but my family wanted pizza, and we have these dumb coupons that used to be a good deal when this place did the right thing. The only way I found for this place to be good is to order your pizza and stand there waiting, if you don’t they will give away your pizza to the lucky person who walks in when it comes out.
I have watched my whole order be given away, and when I asked, they said, sorry we are waiting for your wings, and they just put my order back in after giving my pizza and breadsticks to someone else. When the wings came out, they had no pizza or breadsticks for me, so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it. This place is so frustrating.
Just don’t go at 4-8 expecting hot n ready pizza. Can get very crowded.
I am changing my review to a 2 , their service has gone down hill. Came at 4:25 not very busy at all, ordered 2 hot and ready items which took 15 minutes. What’s with the false advertisement?
I’m back again and they still do not have anything hot n ready.

Easily the worst “hot and ready” location. Because all they serve you is “stale and crusty”. The pizza absolutely sucks, a complete low even for this brand. The cashier flat out REFUSED to order me a new freshly baked pizza and instead wanted to give me ANOTHER stale cardboard mess. This store needs to get it’s act together, completely unacceptable.

Worst place ever. Terrible, I mean terrible service. I called in once and ordered a pizza, got there and no pizza. While I was waiting a lady comes in, orders 14 pizzas and gets all 14 before I get the one I had ordered almost an hour before. The hot and ready pizzas are never ready, and the toppings on one is almost nonexistent. The children that run the place are so rude that I had to literally get loud with them a couple of times. 5 dollar pizzas are just not worth the trouble you have to go through to get one. Id give it negative 5 stars if I could. ‘d recommend keeping far far away.

We ordered online so we could pick it up on our way home. The food was good. Hot, and a not to awful greasy. However it was very salty, and it took a very long time for a little Ceasars. They didn’t even start it until we showed up to pick it up 30 minutes after we made our online order. 55 minutes total. Not convenient, but it was open and we ate it.
