We couldn’t place the order ahead MULTIPLE different days online at all. We went into the store to make the order and Lil Caesars:
1. Gave none of the sauces that were purchased including the crazy sauce that came with the deals.
2. Gave us a messed up attempt at our pizza order with the boxes being labbeled correctly. We ordered the EMB pep, stuffed crust pep, regular pep, and regular Italian sausage for pizzas and all we got was 3 regular pep and the stuffed crust pizzas. All the dips were missing.
3. Got my name wrong.
4. The pizzas were undercooked and white yet the top most cheese and toppings were burnt. The layer of cheese closest to the sauce/dough was still shredded and seperate.
5. The pepperoni suffers were so burnt and hard that they cut gums and the roof of our mouths. They were missing the crazy sauce as part of the deal.
6. The crazy sticks were undercooked and ice cold. Also missing the crazy sauce as part of the deal.
At the store itself: the parking is horrible. The lines are never used as they are drawn (they are drawn not ideally for the parking lot). The parking lot is used as a thoroughfare for people avoiding the light. People park however they please and it is always full in the evenings. The store will become so backed up past 5 pm it is sometimes an hour wait so we went mid-afternoon.

This is the only little Caesars left near me. Please keep it alive! Very affordable not to mention nostalgic. Order online for simple kiosk pickup. You get a code with your order so when you walk in you just look for your name, enter the code given, and a door pops open with your food nice and toasty inside waiting for you.
Three star on service is for the fact that while ordering online they had no 2 liters to select even though I was trying to use their coupon code for 2 pizzas, bread, and a 2 liter. Ended up grabbing another coupon code for slightly less savings.
Atmosphere at 4 stars cuz, well it’s a take out lobby… is what it is.
Overall I still love that this place is still here and my kids can still enjoy their “pizza pizza”.

Absolute trash location. Sent in an order for delivery. Supposedly supposed to arrive in 30 minutes..cool…tracking order on line…says food ready driver on his way to get it, be there in like 15….cool. Take insulin since I am diabetic and that’s the right time frame. Then the time starts slowly clicking up…10 minutes later then 15 minutes later…..then its canceled by the store because they can’t make it do to high volume….the order you had said was already ready for pickup now can’t be made because too busy…I know this is a pretty crap company…but thats next level….never again. I would stay away, its cheap but its a crap shoot if you are going to get it or not.

Will most likely not be going back to this Little Caesars ever again. Not only did it taste meh, but they completely messed up the pizza I ordered. It was supposed to be the 4 for 1 pizza with 2 cheese slices, 2 pepperoni, 2 Italian sausage and bacon, and 2 pepperoni w/jalapeño. This is what we got instead

If I could give negative I would. Katie the “area manager” is a joke she has no power to provide service to a customer when they send a raw pizza. She said 10 times she can not do.
Anything for me her owner said no matter what we have to take the pizza back to the restaurant after we paid for delivery to give them the pizza and then they can remake our pizza. The owner of this location should get out of the customer service industry. I’m filing complaint with the health department. Glad my children take their pizza apart before they ate raw dough.

Every time we have gone to pick up our Pizza. Our Pizza has either been burnt or cold. This last visit we had ordered our Pizza at 6pm and they had it sitting back in the back and gave it to us cold. The Manager was incredibly rude to the packed lobby full of people who had already been waiting for their Pizza’s for about 15 minutes with no one coming to the register until 20 minutes later. He got onto them for having the audacity to wanting the food that they had already paid for.

Little Caesar’s is easily my 2nd pizza choice after Pizza Hut & Minsky’s!
The pizza was Extremely Hot & Fresh, everything tasted great! HOWEVER;
I’m not happy about all the fees just to order delivery from there! ITS ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL & UNNECESSARY!
There’s like 4-5 different fees charged aside from delivery.
FOR THAT REASON ALONE I WONT BE ORDERED DELIVERY FROM THEM AGAIN.

The food was okay. Once I had to get out of character. But the customer service is really bad. Very unorganized. I phoned in my order. They claim they accidentally gave it away and had to remake it. The thing is that it was a specialty item. So how is it possible that they person customized their food just like mine?
I would not advise you all to go there. Also they’ve been having a busted freezer but still serving food. They were trying to have it delivered while I was there but the freezer could not fit through the door. Which got myself and 10 other customers trapped in the store. It was so chaotic and a nightmare.
You really have to watch them to make sure they use gloves and that they make your food properly. I had to tell the girl she needed to get control of my food and order.
I foresee a lot of food poisoning
