I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the pizza didn’t have the extra ham that I had paid for. In fact, one part of the pizza didn’t even have any ham. As for the crazy puffs, it’s not even worth mentioning. A completely different thing from the photo. No shape, no size. Money lost. I don’t understand. They should train the employees better.

Edit: Don’t even bother. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance, might’ve been too hasty with only one visit. No hot and readys, and there was a guy with a pizza behind me in line because they gave him the wrong order.
Original: The service is okay but they seem pretty understaffed. The thing I’m more concerned with, is why is there food on the ground right where customers can see? Like are you for real? Those pizza boxes might be empty but those bags definitely have food in them.
To be fair, maybe that food is old, maybe it hit its “Sell by this time”. But if that’s true, maybe don’t put it on the floor where everyone can see!

on two different occasions here, I have waited at least an hour for a one pizza order. This location was only 2 people and the girl behind the counter was either irritated or wasn’t trained in customer service properly. It’s very obvious the employees of this location are neglected. Sucks because I enjoyed the taste and the price of little Caesars but I’ve never had to wait an hour for my food at any other pizza chain.
I hope this company learns to treat its employees properly. It’s a shame to see only two people working a whole pizza place while I know they’re not getting paid what they deserve for their hard work. If I could give 0 stars for your companies ethics, I would.

Was told it would be about 15 minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza with crazy bread said no problem. Waited 15 minutes in my car came back inside. He said oh I’ve just got one more pizza coming out in furniture’s and it’ll be ready and I said OK so what another 10 minutes he’s like oh no no should be coming out right away all right no problem. 15 minutes later he asked somebody else where the pizza go. They put it with another order and bumped me again. Finally, after 30 minutes, I’ve got the food service was just horrible no communication and offered nothing in return for waiting double the time I can turn the brightness off, which is fine. I don’t want free but at least offer a coupon or something probably won’t be back to this location which sucks cause it’s a half mile away. Good but the crazy bread was not tasting so good, which is normally the best part.

The parking at this location is definitely not supported for multiple customers waiting for orders. This location is best for in and out stops, though the location does have it together most days, some days are busier than others. On exceptionally busy days the location is difficult to get into and out of, but on the not so busy days/times the parking isn’t an issue. All in all I like the staff here and will continue to pick up orders from this location.

I placed and order online from Liberty. It said it would be ready by 6. I drive out and show up at around 6:20 and end up having to sit in their parking lot for an hour because they haven’t even started my pizza. I still have yet to receive the pizza. Awful time management skills.

They make consistently good pizzas compared to other locations. Major plus honoring my extra sauce request given that the pizzas are cheap and there are limits to customizations. That extra sauce makes a great pizza and glad they do it and not debate it unlike the Dominos location down the road. Thank you Little Caesar’s, please don’t ever change.

Nasty pizza…ordered a thin crust cheese (how on earth you could mess it up), taste like raw dough with absolutely no flavor. Ordered crazy breadsticks × 2, both absolutely horrible just garlic heavy. One person working, a female, whom was ok, but needs to learn how to make pizza. We spent almost $40 and just threw it away. The first and last time at this location, wish we could have got our money back.

Do not order delivery from this company. It goes through door dash and after a long wait. You won’t get it. Someone else will get your food, and you’ll have to wait 2 weeks for a refund to come back in your account. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with this specific little Caesars. And good luck getting anyone on the phone to help.
