Ordered and paid through the app. When I arrived was told the brownies I ordered were unavailable. When I asked for a refund I was told “There’s no one here to give you a refund. You can come back later if you want”. Terrible way to treat your customers. Easy way to steal $5 from each of us though.

Call in order: When I got there one girl said it will be a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later and lady came out and said can I help you? Said there was no order under my name. Said that maybe my husband called another Caesar’s, which I called my husband and their number was the only Caesar’s number he had . By now it had been 30 minutes. It ended up another 20 minutes to get my pizza. There were no “HOT AND READY” pizza ready . Four people came in to get the READY PIZZAS and walked out. Another 3 people came in to order and they walked out because they said it would be 1/2 hour . They really were working hard, but seemed not to communicate to each other. They were very disorganized group. When I first walk in there were 3 young men waiting for their pizzas and were still waiting the first 30 minutes that I was there. I know they were short staff, but that was ridiculous. But the new pretzel pizza was delicious.

Got the wrong pizza. Was told by the front person a big order came in and we would have to wait. My spouse said we have be waiting. The front counter person said, that’s not my problem. Therfore I was mad. All this person had to say ” I am sorry and we with get your pizza to as soon as possible.” The cook came up and said he was sorry.

This used to be a restaurant you could count on for a quick hassle free dinner/lunch. This is not the case anymore, you are a inconvenience for the staff, the hot ready oven is broken (for months) nothing is EVER ready forget about hot. Save your time and just go elsewhere

Pizza was severely undercooked the dough was the consistency of canned Pillsbury biscuits. I know its cheap food but, rare pizza sux. Had to put it in the oven to complete the cooking.

I’m very disappointed today I order from the store a lot. But today I ordered a 5 Meat meatzia and the crust is dry and it’s not the correct pizza it’s a thin crust loaded with meat on top. I’ve never had this happen. Very disappointed I feel like I over paid for this pizza

Pizza was decent but employees were constantly yelling at each other and dropping f-bombs. Also, it was as if the customers were a bother to them. They need adult supervision.

Can’t leave zero stars. Worse experience all around. Between the service as soon as walked in to the food when walked out. I will be contacting higher up and more . This place needs closed down or a whole new crew that knows how to work with customers and food.
