It was really crappy I shouldn’t have waited so long without immediately throwing a fit was there for 6 minutes in my car (had placed order approximately 16 minutes prior to arriving) before receiving notification that my order was ready so I go inside only to hear someone holler from somewhere that they would be right with me and they did that 3 or 4 more times over the next 25 minutes.

I can’t think of a worse place to get “pizza”. I tried eating here again last night only to end up spending the night sick in the bathroom. How is it even possible to get sick from a cheese pizza? The BBB should have this place shut down! Don’t eat here – it’s not worth risking your health and safety.

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Ordered ahead, arrived to 12 customers in store waiting for their pizzas. 10 employees in the back trying to figure out what any of them were doing. 1 customer had already waited 45 minutes for a hot ‘n ready pizza. Manager came to the front to quell the complaints except she left her tact and management skills at home today; she was rude and didn’t give af about customer service. Finally got my pizzas but 1 was absolutely thrown together on half-baked dough. Never going back. Photo is how it looked before leaving the store.

My fiance ordered 2 pizzas, apps and beverages on August 11th. When it was delivered the driver did not have the beverages with them. The one that was supposed to be a pretzel crust was unleavened, sour and not edible.
She took it to the store and the person at the counter stated that it was “what it was supposed to look like. And she would have to deal with it.” After two hours and no food for the work crew she was supposed to feed, she was told she would get 100% of her charged money back. As of August 24th, still no money returned.

This is the Little Caesars Pizza off of 24 HWY in independence.
The first picture with the man was caught picking his nose, scratching his head, touching food, food products.
The second picture, this lady was eating, drinking while taking transactions.
When talked to the manager she said she was going to “fix the problem” “she’ll have them wash their hands more often”
We ended up getting our money back after watching this man pick his nose and wipe it on his pants.
As someone who’s managed in food for most of her adult life this is A LOT of health violations. I’m not one to talk about people who actually want to work with everything going on, but when it comes to food, there’s a reason it’s required to have a food handlers, and to know how to properly handle food.
This is sickening, we got our money back and left. All the crew thought it was funny, I’m sure they wouldn’t think it was funny if someone did this to their children’s food.
(We went to the one on Noland and they are using gloves, tongs, and not touching their faces while working with food.)

Glad this store is open again! The pizza was good. Our order got out fast, everyone seemed to be working hard to stay on top of the rush. I would definitely recommend going to this location. Great store, friendly staff.
