Hope corporate somehow sees this. Used to come here all the time to get crazy bread as a snack, absolutely love it. Then unfortunately some unfathomably idiotic person decided to force us to pay more than double its normal cost and include the nasty tomato paste sauce in with the order of bread!! Who the heck thought this was a great idea???? Bring back crazy bread by itself without the stupid crazy sauce and the stupid more than 2x cost!!! All you’ve accomplished is pricing regular customers out!!! Extremely frustrating!!!

Horrible. One star because no stars is not an option. I was overcharged 30 dollars. The employee ‘Alex’ was extremely rude. I didn’t get 2 liters of soda I was charged for. I was charged for little sauce on a pizza that had double sauce ‘ (guess that was suppose to be funny). Most of the 8 pizzas were about half topped with very little to no cheese. The wings were slimy with very little flavor.

Fast and cheap pizza is great when you have a family of big eaters. They just always seem to have to wait on pizza and do not have them hot n ready. Employees gives the vibes of overworked and underpaid. Looks clean.

Placed an order via drive thru pick up at 5:45pm.
When I showed at delivery time 6:20pm that was given to me via the app, I was instructed by the driver thru cashier to pull out front as my order had not been completed.
*Note. There are no customers inside or outside, or even in the parking lot for multiple stores.
I proceed to wait and watch more than a dozen customers get served as I wait outside as instructed with my 9month old baby.
After roughly 30-45 minutes of waiting and my baby becoming stressed due to being in the car, I step out my car with my child and wait by my car and console my upset daughter.
Again after multiple customers are served and employees pass me and see me waiting outside with no communication, I proceed inside with my daughter. I told the cashier the situation and that I’d like to speak with someone. She ignores my request and proceeds to just hand me my order and walked away.
Disturbing customer service for a franchise that prides themselves on a fast and effecient business model.

Order on the App, pulled up to the drive thru 30 minutes after. Was told to park out front and someone would bring my pizza to me. Waited over 30 minutes, had to go in and get it myself! Highly disappointed! Don’t recommend this place unless you want to wait an hour. I advise you to stay at the drive thru window and wait don’t let them pull you to the parking out front.

Super satisfied with my experience, not even for the food necessarily, but for the phenomenal leadership and team at the Cape location. Dinner rush, and evidently due to the storms and flooding in the last week their truck order was running late causing them to fall short on boxes and other things. Idk if the woman running the store was a lead or manager, but she was on it! Constant communication with customers in drive thru, on the phone, in the lobby and fantastic communication with her team all while jumping in and helping them where needed. A perfect example of smooth running organized chaos. I did not catch her name but short, maybe 5ft tall late teens early 20s. I’ve ran restaurants for over 15 years and would have loved having her and her team on my payroll, definitely deserving of a raise.

Stopped in on a Saturday night about 8:00 p.m. and was greeted by a friendly gentleman working the counter. There were many different items available hot and ready and I left with two orders of the new crazy puffs. They were hot, fresh and tasted delicious. This location really knows what they’re doing as normally my experience with Little Caesars has been less than stellar as most locations are staffed with lazy employees that don’t ever have anything ready and are on the verge of closure. This location hit the mark in every area. A+
