I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Little Caesars through DoorDash. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a 2L soda for what was supposed to be our Valentine’s dinner. My husband eats pizza, but I don’t — I ordered the breadsticks specifically so I would have something to eat.
When the order arrived, the breadsticks were missing. That meant I didn’t get to eat dinner with my husband at all, especially the night before Valentine’s Day. It completely ruined our dinner plans.
What made it worse was when I went to pick up the missing breadsticks, the employee immediately blamed the DoorDash driver instead of taking responsibility or apologizing. Whether it was the store or the dasher, the order should have been checked before it left. As the customer, I shouldn’t be stuck in the middle or made to feel like it’s someone else’s fault.
And honestly, if I was going to pay nearly $30 for just a pizza alone, it should at least be great quality. The value just wasn’t there for what we received.
Very disappointing experience overall. I hope management improves order accuracy, accountability, and customer service.

I have ordered from this location multie time and each time it had been a good experience. Pizza is pretty good for the price. I recomend that you use the app to order ahead to make sure they have your pizza ready when you get there. If you just walk in, there is a possibility that you may have to wait for a hot and ready pizza. Always do a google search for coupons. They usually have a promotion going on for a free side such as crazy bread or a 2 liter soft drink if you order through the app. Overall nice place. Parking lot is pretty small and can get crowded when they are busy.

We ordered pizza on the app and then had a tire blow out on the way. It was almost closing and we barely made it in time. The service was great. They called to.check on us and offered to wait a few extra minutes if needed. Went way above and beyond! Pizza was great as always

Great for a quick pizza and a side. I never have any issues, but when ordering through the app. When I app says my pizza is done it says to check the cashier because there is no room in the pizza portal. But then they have no records of me placing the order. They always give me no issues and make my pizzas right then and there. They always make it right no matter what. I now call or just go in for my pizza to be made a nd wait 10 minutes. The pizza that is posted is my go to “extra most bestest pepperoni”

Ordered bread sticks with extra butter and garlic also asked for extra parm and this is my 2 nd time ordering from there and my last! These people put zero effort or heart in the food. So dry and hard that I’m giving it to the dog.
