Use to be able to order a quick personal pan pizza and for $5 you would be out the door with a pretty good little pizza. Not any more. A small pizza (they only offer pepperoni or sausage now) is around $8 and it sucks.

I hope the owner sees this. Your own manager informed an entire store full of angry customers who had been waiting well over an hour on Mobil orders, that per your orders, they were to continue with the pretzel crust pizzas, knowing you didn’t have all the ingredients to make it. We drove over thirty minutes, and waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, that we were LATER informed that you didn’t have all the ingredients for, AFTER we paid. Even more so, the crust was extremely burnt. We did not receive a refund, but will be contacting corporate on Monday. This is beyond unacceptable.
You also had a young man at the front who was giving everyone who walked in the same estimated wait time of 20 minutes, with customers in the store who had been waiting well over an hour on their orders.

Ordered online at 8:45 pm on Thursday store closed early and couldn’t pick up my order. Called in Friday at 11am when they opened. The girl on the phone said she refunded my order. Today I noticed she charged me a 2nd time instead of refunding my order. I proceed up to the store again at 8:30 pm only to find 2 people standing at the front door locked. A girl came over very rudely says we closed early you have to come back tomorrow for your refund! It is truly unbelievable how customers are treated. I will never order from them again. BEWARE!!!

Came at night to get me and my son something eat. Everyone provide the best customer service. He was a one man show while others just wash dishes or prep pizzas. Leaving to do everything to get a major line customers out the door. If there was a I in team he was that I. Noone came to his aid.

Ordered my food at 450 didn’t get my delivery until almost 630 mind you they picked up my food at 515 or so got my pizza cold as hell and want to say they had other orders to deliver well then don’t pick up the pizza then go to 3 other places pickup the food take the food especially something like this horrible delivery
