I had a terrible experience with my online order. The order came through as a “booked order” for a later time, which is why they couldn’t find it when I arrived. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time.

When I finally received the food:
• The Italian cheese bread was clearly old and didn’t even pull apart.
• The pizza was cut completely wrong. After I put it in the oven to finish cooking, there was a separate middle triangle piece that wasn’t even connected to the rest of the pizza, and the pizza was undercooked and soft.
• The crazy puffs fell out because the box was open on one side.

While the young lady at the front was initially helpful, the experience went downhill afterward. When I called, the girl on the phone questioned me by saying “It’s not done?”, which was very unprofessional. The manager was also unhelpful and insisted I return to the store, which I could not do. A refund was eventually processed, but this entire experience was messy, frustrating, and unacceptable.

I placed two online orders with estimated pickup times around 6:15 PM. I arrived on time and waited over two hours before finally leaving the store. During that time, customers were waiting excessively long for both online and in-store orders, and several began canceling and requesting refunds.

Staff provided little to no communication, showed visible attitude, and no manager stepped in to acknowledge delays or apologize. I was repeatedly told my remaining order was “coming shortly,” yet waited an additional 45 minutes, while my first order sat cold in the car.

Customers were also informed the store was not accepting cash, which caused confusion and frustration. At one point, customers were told no more orders were being taken at 7:00 PM, despite the store still being open for several more hours.

I fully understand that the food service industry is dealing with staffing shortages and high demand. However, lack of staffing does not excuse poor communication, misinformation, or the complete absence of customer service and leadership.

What is most disappointing is that I submitted a corporate complaint and received no response, while the store owner appears to reply only to 5-star reviews praising the business, stating that “this is what we aim for and 5 stars rating is what we like.” If that is truly the standard being aimed for, it was not reflected in the service experienced that evening.

Customers deserve acknowledgment especially when service falls far below expectations. Silence toward legitimate concerns sends the message that feedback only matters when it is positive.

0 stars if I could. Went in for 2 large pizzas and one WAS wrong, ( wouldn’t fix it correctly) they also said it was ready, it wasn’t. Cashier girl was very rude, making rude comments to her coworkers like myself and the other customers couldn’t hear her. So when she came back around, I did let her know I heard her. Won’t be eating here anymore, until they change their staff. Wasted almost an hour of my time just to get my money back and go to Chick-fil-A on Olive. Way better service, (staff smiled and very polite), not to mention cheaper, and way faster. Yay, for Chick-fil-A!! 5 stars to them!!!

The last 3 or more times i ordered food there it was a 0 star experience. once they didn’t have my order and said they don’t have the ingredients to make it and i actually left the place with nothing. nothing. once, the pizza was literally glued to the box and was totally uneatable. it’s like they poured a can of olives on it and soaked it in olive juice and it glued to the box. all the ingredients were in clumps. the worst pizza ever made in history. they literally DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER. a pizza place with no phone? i will never (attempt) to buy a little caesers pizza again until the end of time.

After I had a horrible experience at the Jennings location that they didn’t even make my order after I had ordered it. And waited for it. I came here because my children and I were going to celebrate my birthday with Little Caesars Pizza because that’s what I got when I was a kid. I came in to get my order I got interrogated about my window three digit code. I gave my name, I gave my order number and they could see that I had ordered in my email. But would not give it to me until the 3-digit code came up for the window release. My internet was working slow in there and it took forever. All I wanted was the pizza I paid for. He could clearly tell I had ordered it by all the things I was showing him. But he would not release it until I waited and waited for my internet to pull up the code. Ridiculous. Also They need to stop advertising that they have hot and readys. I’ve come in on several occasions on different days and different times and they never have them have them.

Do not expect your order to be fulfilled by the time you want it to be done. You have to request for almost an hour before your actual need. The register crew is hit or miss with professionalism. This is a reoccurring issue that I wish management would deal with sooner then later. The only bright spot is the crew working in the back.

The worst up front management of all time. The most sassy cashier you can think of, they do NOT answer the phone, they’re never on time, you always have to wait atleast 10-20 minutes past what you order and they do not treat you like “the customer is always right”.

Horrible customer service. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in. They all seem to hate their job. And the front desk girl had the biggest attitude and tried to talk down to all the customers. Definitely will not go back for that service. Food was good even though the slices were extremely uneven.
