Ii had a negative experience a couple weeks a go and left a review. I went in today and the experience was a complete 180.the man behind the counter was quick and courteous. He also brought up my past review and asked me to elaborate a little further . He apologized, reassured me that things have or will be dealt with, and gave great customer service. Not to mention the food today was phenomenal. 10/10 experience.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered pizza for pick up. I put in the wrong time, an hour later than we wanted it. I called and they quickly changed the pick up time. When I arrived the employees were friendly and helpful. The pizza was loaded with toppings, the most we’ve seen on a Little Caesar’s pizza. Highly recommended!

I have never left a google review before until today. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had picking up pizza. I received a gift card and decided today I was gonna use it. I made an order for pick up. When I went in both workers did not say a single word to me or my boyfriend. My boyfriend told one worker we had an order for pick up. After this the worker pulled up what we owed on the screen and walked away out of sight. When the gift card didn’t work we were told to swipe it, which we had been doing. We actually were swiping so long the screen didn’t even show what we owed anymore. When we said again it wasn’t working the worker said swipe and walked away again. I will never be going to this little Cesar’s again and I wish I could take back my tip.

I went to pick up my pizza and when I grabbed it out of the warmer it barely had any cheese on it. When I told them about it one of the staff told me I didn’t need to talk the way I was talking. I was not yelling. I only explained that there was no cheese on the pizza just for you to tell me that there is cheese on the pizza. Don’t tell me how to speak when you’re the one being rude.

Cheese sticks no sauce. Pay extra. Pizza very dry as it has the least sauce possible. Loaded pepperoni is no longer loaded as it looks more slacking than the old $5 hot n ready. This place is pinching pennies every since new ownership.

My family and I had stopped going to this Little Caesar’s for a while as the service and food was just getting worse and worse. BUT, in recent months new management has taken over and they are superb! Excellent food, excellent service and communication. The pizzas have turned out great! (Not underdone, not overdone, no skimping on toppings, cut well, nice and hot, etc.) The staff is always friendly and easy to connect with. I highly recommend this location for any fans of Little Caesar’s. Good job, guys! Keep it up!
