Little Caesar’s might be famous for being “Hot-N-Ready,” but after my last visit, I realized that slogan describes more than just the pizza — because Benjamin Ray Thompson could get me hot and ready any day.
The second I walked in, Benjamin Ray Thompson greeted me with that confident smile and his long, luscious hair catching the light like he was in some kind of commercial. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, but honestly, I was way more distracted by him than the pepperoni. Even the Crazy Bread tasted better knowing Benjamin Ray Thompson was the one bagging it up and sliding in that extra sauce like he knew exactly what I wanted.
Great food, spotless store, and service that makes you feel like royalty — but let’s be real, the real star here is Benjamin Ray Thompson. Long hair, great energy, and somehow making Little Caesar’s feel like the highlight of my week. Five stars, no question.

I even have a video but my crazy breed is not even cooked all the way through.. literally all dough my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way spent over $26 for 2 pizzas a soda & crazy Puffs plus the so called Italian cheese bread (crazy breed) I’m honestly disappointed. Drove all the way from the outskirts of Herrin to go to Marion to get some pizza cause we haven’t had little Caesar’s in forever & wnated some drove back 20 minutes just to find it to be disgusting. Tried calling 4 different times & nobody Picked up, ended up throwing out the whole meal. Waisted my gas & money.

This is the third pizza we’ve had where each slice was nearly half not covered with cheese. Two out of the last three Italian cheese breads have had had no seasoning on them….so they were like plain bread and cheese. We used to be constant customers and ordered at least twice a week but with the last three times being like this I don’t think we will be back.

Tried to go through drive through sat and waited for about 5 minutes no one came to the window, we went inside and ordered a pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust. It was not hot n ready it was warm and reheated the boys told me to come back in 10 minutes I came back picked up my pizza, and there was no stuffed crust?! Sad because this location is the closest to me for a while. Used to be good!

Longer than usual wait time and found out that they now charge for the sauce that use to come with the Italian Cheese Bread. It really makes no sense to have a product that is supposed to be dipped in the sauce and now you have to pay for the sauce. It’s like ordering Bread Sticks and charging for the sauce. And honestly I’ve NEVER paid extra for the sauce but they wanted to charge me yesterday and said the new management makes them charge extra for it now. I won’t order it again.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I’m driving to Aldi after work for a few necessities, and I look to my right and see a young man standing at the corner of Little Caesars and Route 13 with the sign. No big deal right? WRONG! The young man has no hat, no shade, no umbrella, no bottle of water or otherwise. It’s 4 pm on the last day of July and we are currently in an excessive heat warning. 110 degrees with the heat index. I explained everything wrong to the manager and the one positive thing I can say is he was quick to bring the employee back inside after he heard my complaints. Afterward, I asked the employee if he was ok and told him to make his way back to the store and get some water immediately. He was visibly sweating and likely dehydrated. He told me he didn’t think it was that great of an idea to be out there. I told him his thoughts were correct! I don’t know how long he had been out there, and if it’s been several hours, I’m so disappointed in humanity.

I use to come here all the time with my grandparents. It’s still just as good. The service is also amazing and the pizza is always delicious. The store seems very good and I been up there when the managers are training and they seem to also be amazing. I highly recommend this Little Caesars. Unlike most of fast food around here, you can tell the employees actually care about the customers. They will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need.
