I know what to expect when I order Little Caesars. It’s not the best pizza, but it’s good for the price. Except at this location. Ordered online yet I still had to stand there waiting for 15+ minutes for my order. Which they didn’t even know they had until I showed up. Then after showing them I did indeed order a single pretzel pizza, they gave me a random pizza that slightly resembled what I ordered. I decided it wasn’t worth the fight and left with someone else’s pizza. After seeing how the workers conduct themselves and how dirty the store was, I decided to not even eat the pizza. You got my $8 once, but it will never happen again.

I placed an online order at 4:51 for a Detroit style deep dish pepperoni pizza, one order of crazy bread, and one 2L of diet Pepsi. The order was supposed to be picked up at 6:00. I had gotten an order ready email at 6:02, but when I went in to pick up the order at 6:15 they couldnt find it. I was on a 30 minute lunch break and they gave me a box with two slices of a pepperoni Detroit style pizza, and four Garlic breadsticks. They also gave me two bags of crazy bread I should’ve asked questions then, but I was extremely hungry. So I got 2 bags of crazy bread, two containers of marinara sauce, and a 2 liter of diet pepsi and two slices of a whole pizza I ordered.Waste of my time.

I do enjoy Little Caesars pizza. I’m in this town restoring power from a recent wind storm and noticed them in a strip mall and placed an order. I gotta say I was very impressed with my order. Custom round pizza with extra Pepperoni. WOW.. just look at the pic!

Crappy service. If you order online good luck. Order multiple times and they weren’t actually open. Then if you try calling to order it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone. Lucky enough to get through? Your order will be wrong and you will still be charged for the items that have a higher price on the menu.

No one greeted you upon entering. No one was at the register to take orders but you could clearly see 5 employees. They were are yelling, playing and talking in the back. I had to ask if someone could take my order. I’m guessing the manager was making the food because he had on a different shirt. He was 1 of 5 employees so he was in on the shenanigans. Just totally unprofessional and the food was super greasy. I waited 30 minutes for 1 order of crazy puffs. I won’t be back.

I ordered a slice N stix pizza got all the way home and seen that my order was wrong I contacted the store the manager was rude on the phone told me to bring it back up there so I did when I got there the young lady at the front counter was cool about fixing my order but the gm or manager was mad that he had to remake my order argued with me that I was in the wrong so I asked for a refund he said he couldn’t so I call customer service they said the owner or district manager would reach out but no one hasn’t contacted me how do I get my money back this is crazy

The picture tells it all. I asked them what happened and they acted as if it was normal. They made several pizzas for another customer and there was way more crust then cheese or toppings and told him thats how they cook their pizzas. They replaced my cheesy bread but i’m glad i looked at it before i left.
