Big shout out to “Colton” for the best service I have ever received at this location. Originally, when I pulled up to pick up my mobile order, there was nothing notable about the experience. It was a quick interaction of a degree that left me hoping my pizza would be higher in quality than the service. After waiting for a few minutes, a new face greeted me at the window… by name! He handed me piping hot pizza and even went to restock the sauces and provide me with one I forgot I even ordered. Clearly he was going above and beyond compared to others and I hope that he is recognized for this effort. After a 12-hour day of school and work, I would be joyous to return and be greeted with such service. Big round of applause.

Super dirty, the employees kept touching their hair and never washed their hands, no one seems to care about the customers, they had people wait over 30 minutes including myself. very disappointed and the food was cold, all that waiting and money wasted for cold food. never coming here ever again. ridiculous

My dad received a free veterans lunch combo today and the dough in the middle of the deep dish is still raw. I understand the store was busy and the meal is free, but we couldn’t even eat it without baking it again in our own oven. It also feels a bit disrespectful for veterans day since this is suppose to honor them, even if it was free.

Ordered pizza and it was raw. Had to come home and cook it ourselves. We were told to call the 1-800 number which we did and they reached out to the store 2 times to try and get the issue resolved and both times they said the store should reach out to us within 24 hours. They never did. Needless to say they have lost our business for good

Called multiple times to place an order and kept getting hung up on. I finally drove there to order and customer service was not the greatest. I got my pizza just to see it thrown together with what looks like a whole pack of pepperonis on one pizza. I understand wanting to go home but there’s no reason to stop answering an hour before close. Im not sitting here picking pepperonis off my pizza and wiping away all the pizza sauce used to throw this together.

Used the drive thru option to pick up my pizza which would be convenient if there was an exit instead of having to turn around just to leave. There isn’t much room to turn around and I was in a Kia soul.
