So I ordered $15 worth of Food drove up there from Paxton and the owner was telling everyone that was showing up they closed at 6pm?!?!?!?
My order was made at 5:50pm said it would be Done at 6:24pm???
I already paid for it and still haven’t received a refund or anything????

July 19, 2025 at 1235pm, the young lady that’s working there this afternoon in the gray tights outfit her customer service absolutely sucks. Her facial expressions towards customers absolutely sucks. Her body language towards the customers absolutely sucks. Her communication with customers absolutely sucks. The entire experience from walking in to walking out absolutely sucks. Terrible experience. One STAR rating for her and the overall experience is wayyyyyy too much. I wish there was an option for ratings in the negative.

I had the pretzel pizza crust deal for $17.99. Pizza was hot and fresh and made exactly as requested. I had trouble getting the pizza Portal to open so the lady behind the counter had to get it out for me. Other than that, all good.

The pizza puffs are wonderful. I also got a pizza and breadsticks. It’s the same as the other locations. Ordered was delivered quick and driver was sweet. So was it her or someone in the store that took a slice of my pizza because one was obviously missing when I opened the box. I don’t mind much. It’s just me so it’s mostly going to be eaten at left overs and I don’t mind sharing. Just ask next time.

Get this girl some help at this store! We have only been to this location twice and each time there is just no help for the employees. You see the commercial with all the people at different stations…whoever owns the Rantoul store doesn’t give a shit about its people because the girl I have seen twice is way overwhelmed.

They said they ran out of dough, all managers were not on shift, I ordered an extra most bestest sausage and some hot wings. We got told the managers left them not know what to do. Then gave us a regular sausage pizza and very cold wings I watched sit out. I took the food and left. I want to know how to get my money back.

Only 1-2 people working in there whenever it’s busy, online orders get forgotten about, deliveries are always missing something, and they won’t put sauce/seasoning on anything, even if you ask for it. Be prepared for employees to interrupt you and make you hold in the middle of ordering over the phone, then never pick up. Management obviously needs to improve their scheduling and staffing skills.
