It has been a while since I had Little Caesars Pizza.
I wanted to try something new. I tried the Detroit Deep Dish pizza. I ordered for delivery as well.
The pizza was made great. It was fresh and hot. Excellent ingredients.

Decided to get some pizza tonight as a rare occasion. Personally a fan of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza as the pep is usually more crispy this way. Was very sad to see after I got home that they barely even gave me a pizza worthy of being a simple pepperoni pizza! Yes I should have checked before leaving the store but are you serious lol?! How sad of a pizza is this? Not to be a “Karen” but will definitely be making sure to inspect my food before leaving the store from now on. Pathetic!

Horrible customer service. Cashier tried giving wrong order. Then keeping my change. She got a bad attitude about being corrected. The night manager girl had a bad attitude as well when I asked to see her. Just bad people. Used to be a decent place. Never a 5 star restaurant, but at least it was hot and ready. And what you asked for, that was listed on the menu, you got. Example, hot and ready triple meat was absolutely not hot or ready. I had to “order” it, and pay for it first. Then to be told it would be 20 minutes… I said, “I asked for the hot and ready triple meat. You said you had it ready.” She said ” yeah we don’t keep that ready though.” So I said “Well then why would you charge me for it, if you know you didn’t have it? I just want something now to go. I then asked for 2 other hot and ready pizzas. Cashier rolls her eyes. (Neither pizza was hot and I lost my appetite by then end of all of this) She refunds the first order, still holding my money, And then asks me for 22.05 more…. I said “you have my refund” and she said “Yeah and I need 22.05 from you.” So I told her I wanted my refund applied to the total. She got mad and threw my change on the counter so I asked for the manage. The manager got an attitude for being told and now I’m here writing this. Horrible place.

They never ever ever ever ever have hot and ready pizza for customers they make them per order… the whole concept of little ceasers is fast and ready.. but its always jammed up with customers waiting. Not worth it

I ordered a vegetable pizza and got a meat pizza. Did not figure it out until I got home. I turned it in and they made me a vegetable one with no offer to compensate me for two round trips and their irresponsibility. Something as simple as an order of breadsticks and dipping sauce would have kept me from leaving this one star review.
Also, these are Detroit style pizzas that the person did not remove correctly from the pan. One entire edge was missing from the first pizza.

They have been my go to for pizza when I am in a hurry. I live one block away so we can not resist this place.
The staff knows us well and they are always friendly and seem to enjoy being there. I recommend trying the different sauces for dipping when your feeling adventurous

I’ll start with what was great. First, the Service, i waited a while for my food to be done only to realize when i ordered from the app, i ordered from the wrong Ceasars!!! So i called the correct Ceasars and they said to all the local management. I did and they were willing to fulfill my order, even though they didn’t need to. That was really great of them.
Then they took care to remind each other i was there. Awesome service!!!
There wasn’t anything bad with the food but it is little Cesar’s and we eat there because it’s affordable. And for what we pay, it’s good!!
The atmosphere was rated lower also because it’s not a place built to wait. So there’s not a lot of chairs and standing can get crowded on a Friday lunch.
I’ll def come back and buy more.
