I came in Monday December 22nd. I love the food at this location they always do pretty good, great prices as well. But the lady that answered the phone was super disrespectful. She got mad cause I asked to check the register for the price of the food. She slammed the phone then when she told me the price, she hung up on me. These type of folks are clearly miserable people hate thier job and lack respect. Thank God the Regional Manager was there. My mother talked her. She was very nice and said she would handle it. I will contemplate coming back to this location.

Very bad experience. Manager was rude when we asked why it was so greasy had to call the corporate office would make sure that anyone that orders from here checks there food really good. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Definitely not gonna order from this location again

A little rough. Location isn’t the best. Staff is usually running behind a bit. Have had to wait beyond pickup time on more than one occasion. Last sausage pizza had 3 or less pieces of meat per slice. Taste is always good. Prices are creeping up as is the case everywhere.

Would love to give zero stars, but alas, one will have to do. I’m quite sure Little Caesars doesn’t read these reviews, if they did, you’d think they’d do something about the rude lady that’s mentioned in a ton of reviews.
Besides the lady being incredibly rude, the pizza was awful. Top was burnt, bottom was mushy and I don’t think they even bothered to cut it. Yuck!

The cashier was extremely rude to a African American man who was there before I got there. She made him wait longer than me for his food even though he was there before me. Then when I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza she gave me a full pepperoni pizza. I went and asked for the correct order and she got extremely rude with me.

My husband went to pick up our order and the woman behind the counter had a serious attitude and even yelled at him. She was extremely unprofessional and rude when he was trying to tell her the name the order was under, cut him off several times, and raised her voice to him even though he was not responding to her in kind.
The store was busy so our order was late (the lateness is not part of what I’m reviewing, FYI), but the same woman also neglected to tell my husband when our food was ready. I actually had to text him to let him know when I received the email because she just stood there, not saying a word to anyone.
On top of that, one of our pizzas was seriously burnt to the point of being inedible. This is just shameful customer service, and I’m waiting to hear back from corporate to get my burned pizza refunded.
It’s not the first, second, or even third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but this time the behavior was too much to ignore. I cannot recommend this place.

Picked up a pizza and cheesy bread for dinner. Got really excited when I saw the cheesy bread because it looked like it had a lot of cheese on it but really it was just raw dough! I bit into it and I immediately noticed no crunch and the taste of straight dough in my mouth. I pulled the piece apart and could literally see the raw dough inside. Disgusting!!!

I order a pizza over the phone on the sterling location I clearly ask for a stuffed crust pizza add pineapple and the lady on the phone repeated my order back to me and she repeated it correctly when I arrive to get the pizza it did not had pineapple I told the cashier and he called a lady from the back and the lady got mad and rude at me like if it was my fault that they didn’t add no pineapple and plus she was so nasty to be touching money to refund me and going back to continue making pizzas with out washing her hands and not wearing gloves this happened on 2/5/26 at 6pm so disappointing.
