The young man at the counter was nice and trying to do a good job. Now in the back the cooks aka kids were swearing and making a lot of racket. My pizza was done according to the app but waited 15 mins for my half cooked and smashed bread sticks because they gave mine away to a customer who came back mad saying his were burnt. Now the Pizza we got was cold and way over cooked. Paid like 8 bucks for extra ingredients and that was a mistake. No extra cheese at all. This place is hit or miss. But i guess when you pay min wage all you have is unsupervised kids running the show. I don’t think one of em was an adult. We were really really disappointed waiting 35 mins for a crappy overpriced little Caesars and i know the owner or company will never ever apologize or make it right.

The girl who works there all the time has a terrible attitude. She does not understand customer service by anymeans. Ive waited in the drive through with no traffic for over 10 minutes. Eventually drove to the window to see she didn’t even have her head set on. Ive waited at the register for over 10 minutes before with no worker insite. Nothing ever seems to be stocked at this Belvidere location such as drinks or sauce. No public bathrooms for a waiting customer either.

@littlecaesarowner please provide training to your staff on customer service. Today, I had a bad experience in your location. The lady that is attending today 1/9/26 (10:45am) doesn’t have any idea how to do customer service. I walked in to order a pizza due to another location messed up my order, I went to your place for a prompt solution and I said Good morning! And she just looked at me and she didnt even responded. I asked if any cheese pizza was ready to take and she said no until 11 am, place open at 10:30am and nothing is ready not even 1 pizza. With attitude and bad service, customers will keep walking away from this place.

They got my order wrong. I waited on hold for over 30min just to speak to a manager. Who never greeted me or answered my call. I got hung up on several times. It’s a $7 pizza, I get it. Customer service is worth more than a $7 pizza. Always check your order when you pick it up. So sad that this is what they’ve become.

This place is the absolute worst! They have no idea how much sauce should go on a pizza! Numerous times I’ve ordered pizza and never gotten sauce on any pizza. I order extra sauce and i get nothing! The pizza is always dried up/ burnt and its like eating a cracker with burnt cheese! Literally choking on dry crackers! They need to be trained better and Do better! I am ashamed! In this area there isn’t many places to order from. And this little ceasers should literally be removed from business period!
I call them and get no repayment! No im sorry! No pizza! Nothing and theyve lost my business and tons! TONs of my followers!

Pictures are from pizza ordered at 7pm. Delivered @7:30pm which i was happy how quickly it came. But i ordered custom pizzas with EXtra sauce and lite oven! This picture was taken immediately after i received my pizza! Never again! But i want my money back and an apology! I do not understand the issue they have with sauce! But im done! Thanx for ruining dinner! Again!

Super clean store. I went in today and saw they had just cleaned the lobby area. They had someone cleaning the windows inside and out and honestly, very clean from what I could see. Organized clean store. Literally shining. We ended up ordering a regular pepperoni pizza and the cashier was so nice. She offered me complimentary items like the cheesy bread and jalapeño sauce. Super pleasant experience. Will definitely be returning.

If I eat here pretty regularly and I can tell you consistently that they have a broken pizza cutter we need to train people how to use one. If you catch the pizza fresh it’s great…. Lately though the problem here has been they’ve been running cash only probably longer now than they should have had to…. And I think I’ve had to drive off now three or four times.

I don’t normally ever do this but I Got delivery through little ceasers ordered stuffed crust didn’t get it but got charged for it ordered mushroom and sausage on the other and got only sausage but charged for a 2 topping and they were both cold. I reported it and sent pictures said they would get back to me and nothing. They will not reply to me now.

The only reason you should go here is if you want a cheap meal for the family and don’t mind bad service and probably an incorrect order.

My last experience I paid online and came in to pickup my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes prior to my arrival. Though I never received a pickup email. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I gave them my name to look up my order. He than said hold on and he walked off to do other tasks that didn’t include helping me. He came back to the counter 5 minutes later and asked for my name again and then told me he couldn’t find my order. After a little bit he says “Oh there it is” and tells me it’s in the take out container. I then got an email that my order was ready to pick up. It turns out my order was always in the take out container and they never put in the computer that it was ready. When I got home I realized my order was wrong and there was missing items.

Huge yikes! Avoid this place at all costs! They have the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, and I have no idea how they’re still in business. Our one – and definitely only – experience with this branch of Little Caesars was absolutely ridiculous!

We placed our original order for delivery at ~6:30PM online. It said it wouldn’t be ready until 8. That seemed excessive, but whatever; we accepted it. I checked the tracker at 8PM only to find out that the order had been cancelled. There had been no call, no email, no notification or explanation at all.

We were extremely hungry at this point, so my husband immediately reordered for pick-up, thinking it was because we had ordered it for delivery. The pick-up time given was 9:47PM! I tried calling the customer service line to make sure the order wasn’t going to be cancelled and to see if they could expedite it since that’s insanely long to make two pizzas and some crazy bread, but it was no help. I tried calling the store directly and the guy that answered said he couldn’t help me at all – even to confirm it cancel my order – but would connect me to the manager right away. I am still on hold as I type this review, 40 minutes later, waiting for said manager to pick up – now, so I can cancel our second order.

My husband has since driven to the store and found that the door was locked and they had a paper sign saying no in-person orders would be accepted after 4:50PM, but also that they would refund any online orders placed after 4:50PM. They are open until 10PM! I think what makes me the most angry is that the guy I spoke with on the phone didn’t even have the decency to tell me he wasn’t accepting orders and that my order was going to be cancelled – he was happy to let me wait on hold immediately and would have let me wait over 3 hours for food he knew was never coming!
