I ordered my pizza via the app and instead of it being ready in the Pizza pick-up portal, whoever was working had it sitting out on the back counter for at least 5 minutes instead of putting it where it was supposed to go. Not to mention they got one of the Pizza’s wrong. I ordered a pretzel crust and instead of telling me they don’t have it and either offering me a refund or credit for next time, they sent me home with regular pepperoni pizza. I should NOT have to check the pizza while I am there because they should have gotten it right the first time or communicated it with me. Taste is subjective but many will agree the qualify has gone down for both food and customer service.
Whoever is in charge needs to get things in gear because this place is not what it used to be.

In several trips to this location, the only time I have not seen employees on their phones is the time there was only a single employee and about 20 customers. They either overstaff or understaff, and when they do overstaff, they don’t teach them to keep any hot and ready pizzas. Multiple times I have come in to grab a pizza and go, and it has been 10+ minutes for them to get it ready, even when they have no other orders.

placed a pick up order said it would be 20 mins so i showed up a few mins early it was done.. all my food looked like it had been sitting there for a long time from the afternoon. they wouldn’t answer my call i called 5 times and couldn’t make it back to the store since i had work. very disappointed everything was hard as a rock and ended up throwing it away. the staff were friendly though when i picked it up

They forgot my Cookie dough brownies, they didn’t put any pineapples on the Hawaiian pizza, they were completely out of Canadian sausage. They forgot my stuff and then forgot how to make a Hawaiian pizza.

I try not to complain about fast food however, I bought 3 fresh pizzas from this location and they all tasted horrible. They had little to no sauce and cheese. Tasted like cardboard. Will not be returning.

Got two pizzas and crazy bread, ordered online. The crazy bread was all very very thin. The pizza is wayyy too thin and looked barely cooked. We were running errands, so we placed the order online because I had an online coupon to buy one pizza and get one free. We arrived there about five minutes later. Absolutely no customers, so They def had time to take their time and make this order at least look halfway decent. Some pieces had barely any cheese. Last time I was there, about six of us waited in the lobby for like thirty minutes with 6 or more employees behind the counter, 4 of which stood around talking and scrolling on their phones, doing absolutely nothing. I understand a lot of places are under staffed and people are over worked, but if you can’t run/manage a business, just say that then.

I asked my fiancée to go pick up the order I had placed. I got 2 large pizzas and a breadstick order with 5 large butter garlic sauces on the side. When she got there, they were rude to her and didn’t assist with her confusion on grabbing the order (we have never ordered online from here). Once she got home, we realized that we had not a single sauce in our order. When I called to ask for a refund, the man over the phone didn’t help at all. We like the garlic sauces and I think it compliments the meal well which is why I got so much of it. So the fact that 7 dollars worth of sauce on a 25 dollar order wasn’t given is a bit upsetting.

The breadsticks were way overcooked, which made them very dry. We ordered Garlic Butter dip only to find out they gave us Buffalo Ranch.
The store itself is clean and the staff very friendly but the parking lot is grossly dirty.
