We just ordered the pizza because we were busy doing something and we thought we should just go to carryout and eat the pizza and somebody can figure out the pictures and look into the pictures. like you can see the snowflakes or something on the pizza that’s all over like somebody accidentally spilled the rock salt boxes on the top of this pizza. Wantedly,You can see chunks of white salt on the side of the crust it’s disgusting. Why don’t these people shut down .i would have increased my Blood pressure with this much salt omg ,its not even a pinch it’s 4 tbsp,nasty ugly pizza ,disgusting .we wasted our money,shut the store down if there is no Business disgusting I would never go back again

Well after multiple attempts to trying to reach them by phone and make things right I figured I would save the next person. The fact that this establishment has a franchise name is beyond amazing with what comes out of this dump. I admit that I was wrong for not getting out and going to the normal location in Glenview, instead I ordered delivery and since this location is a little bit closer they get the order. When this location first opened a handful of years ago it actually served nice pizza and crazy bread, the customer service wasn’t always the best but it was hands down better than it is now. Ordered two sets of crazy bread one wasn’t cooked all the way so had to put it in the oven so that it could be cooked until it was done, I’m talking might as well have put the dough in the bag and gave cooking temp and time, the second order was a little bit better a little over done and dry but better than the first. Now to the next item of discussion a 2 topping basic round pizza nothing fancy pepperoni and sausage can’t mess it up not the case with this place lets add a little bit of hair highly disappointed. Attached you can see the calls and I know that the phone works because the first two calls were busy signals and the last two just rings, so disgusted just wasted $27 between delivery and trash. Would have taken a picture of everything else if I wasn’t so mad after the hairs on the pizza just threw everything in the dumpster outside wasn’t even worth keeping it in the house trash can.

2ND TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG, this time I ordered a thin crust with extra sausage I got a regulars pizza with barley any sausage which is 3 or 4 dollars more. The employees and even the owners may think this is trivial, but Saturday night economical pizza this day and age is a treat. All slices were pretty much as pictured. LAST TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION

Had an order for about 10 pizzas for my son bday party, order never came at 630pm like it showed, then thru text get told order was canceled cause of power outage right when I got there to pickup order myself since it showed it was still at store. Power never went out and never got my order. Where my 10 pizzas go?? Manager was not helpful at all either.

I placed an order (no. 212987) in-person on Saturday February 11. While I was eating a slice of pizza, I noticed what looked like RAT FUR on the bottom of my slice and on the bottom of an entire pizza.
I was horrified, and I gave this, location a call. They stated that this has never happened before, and they gave me a refund. They offered to remake the pizza, but I declined. I ended up throwing out all the pizzas.
I’m utterly shocked and disgusted that this even happened. I will never be ordering from here again.
