On October 11th, I picked up three pizzas for my daughter’s birthday one cheese, one pepperoni, and one sausage. The cheese and pepperoni pizzas were fine, but the sausage pizza, which was for me and my wife, contained a very hard piece of something unknown, as shown in the two attached photos. It almost looks like a small animal’s front fang, which is extremely concerning. I still have the object if the manager would like to see it.

The employee making the pizza was coughing over the pizzas, using her phone, and then continued preparing food without washing her hands. It was extremely unsanitary and off-putting. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was just as disappointing. No sauce and completely lacking flavor.

Placed an online pickup order waited at least 45mins for my order to be handed incomplete. Told a young nice girl in the front that I was missing stuff she brought one of my items out and told me the other two weren’t ready if I wanted to wait or get refunded for the last 2 items I asked how long do I have to wait because I’ve been here for a while her respond was approximately 20mins I was like no thank you! I rather get a refund for my last 2 items. She told her coworker that I was requesting a refund her coworker was be rude demanding for the 3 items back for a refund I told her i would take these 3 items since they are ready and was waiting for a long time she said no that’s not how a refund works I explain to her that’s not what the other girl offered me. I ended up giving that coworker with colored hair and big o nose piercing Her 3 little pizzas back and got my refund. What was the point of taking them back ?? They weren’t even package in a box they were just placed in a plastic bag all smashed.
There were many more ppl waiting there for a while & given the incorrect orders. This location needs better management!

Ordered online and received a notice that my pizza was ready. For whatever reason they weren’t using the pickup portal and it was extremely crowded. I watched 6 other people receive their food before me and I had already pre ordered. I waited an additional 40 mins after the time my pizza was supposedly ready to get my food. My food was cold by the time I got it. It was sitting on the counter.

I tried to order a total of 15 pizzas in the morning and I was told on the phone that I needed to order that at the store since it was a big order. I get to the store and the manager tells me he can’t do the order. That he won’t do them.

Little ceasars you need to be clear with your procedures. This is pathetic, specially for people that have events and are counting on the fact that we will be taken care off.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant with this Little Caesars location (3225 W 47th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632). I placed my order well in advance for delivery, and it was confirmed at 1:54 PM with an estimated delivery time of 6:46–6:51 PM. Everything seemed fine until the driver contacted me — not with a status update, but to tell me there was a 30–40 minute wait for pizzas and that he wasn’t sure when it would be ready.

It didn’t stop there. He also mentioned that three other delivery drivers left because the wait was so bad. I eventually had to drive to the store myself, just to try to get my order. When I got there, the place was chaos. The employees at the counter were slow, unorganized, and completely unprofessional — laughing, joking, and hanging out in the back while customers were waiting. There was no sense of urgency or care for the people who had already paid for their food.

I literally had to fight my way to the front to get someone to even check my order. And even after all that, they still handed me the wrong pizzas. At that point, I called DoorDash support, explained the situation, and thankfully they gave me a full refund — but honestly, that doesn’t make up for how frustrating and unnecessary this whole ordeal was.

This was not just a bad day — this is a management and staffing problem. If this location cannot handle simple advance orders, cannot communicate with delivery drivers, and cannot treat customers with respect, then it is failing at the most basic level of service.

This experience was enough for me to say: this location should be shut down or completely re-staffed. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this location if they expect their order to be on time, correct, or handled professionally.
