This is completely unacceptable and there should be accountability for this problem. I placed an order online and stated it was ready . When I arrived to the location there was about 20 people waiting and my order wasnt ready. The machine isn’t working and the representative is extremely rude on the counter. I have over an hour waiting and still waiting here. The staff and management need to do better!!!

Bad customer service, the pizza all greasy, went for a refund and the girl told me she couldn’t do anything, manager she was being in a bad mood saying they have to much orders and to take my pizza and not wasting there time that they where busy. This is ridiculous I prefer going somewhere else than getting this kind of food and this kind of service. 11 dlls for this bad looking pizza.

Placed an order for pick up over the phone and didn’t get an order after about an hour and 30 ish minutes later. I’ve worked in restaurants/retail for years, so I understand delays/busy days but this time it was too long (I was given a 26 min. wait), I reached out to the phone number and took me to the call center and I was told they couldn’t get a hold of management and they couldn’t do anything. It seems like orders placed through uber or door dash are their top priority instead of app or phone call orders, so I recommend placing them way ahead of time or being prepared to wait.

If there is a way to give this place a no star and write a review I would’ve done it. my bad experience not only my first, but this is my second bad experience I had at this store so this was at 6 PM. I was hungry so I decided to walk to Little Caesars to get grab me a pizza as I’m walking I can see the store is packed at 6 PM which is you know expected. I was in line and when it was my turn to approach the register she told me we’re not taking orders. I’m like then can I place an online order she says no we’re not doing online orders either we’re over capacitated with orders. First of all I think that’s ridiculous. I feel like if that’s the case they should make the store bigger or relocated somewhere else with the bigger property and to the attitude of all these workers . They are very disrespectful and this is very Very unacceptable. They need to be more professional. . And also, there was a time where I ordered pizza and it was hard. It was cold hard and the cheese was dark. That is ridiculous.

I ordered through the mobile app and placed my order at around 5:03pm. It said it was going to be ready at 5:34-5:39pm. I patiently waited for an email update and never got one. At around 5:30pm, I go on the app and I noticed that they hadn’t begun preparing my order yet. I give them the benefit of the doubt and waited… I finally got the notification that my order was ready at 5:55pm.
I get to the location… and it’s PACKED.. sure enough there’s 2-3 workers there taking their sweet time to get things done. Without a care the world. Mind you, it took me maybe around 10-15 mins to get to the location and the cashier (with beats headphones on) tells me my order wasn’t ready yet. I WAS LIVID…
When I tell you I tried every which way to cancel my order through the app but it wouldn’t allow me to. I asked the cashier to cancel it for me and she said she couldn’t do it and then continued to walk away from me… completely ignoring me.. please save yourself your time and money.
I want my money back!!

I went to go pick up an online order and there was very rude customer using foul language because she doesn’t understand that this place is understaffed. She wanted the guy there to remake the pizza because she expects perfection? Anyway the guy at the front is great and the girl working in the back is great too. Dont order here, your pizza will take more than an hour to be finish, and when it does, your pizza is over over cooked or very greasy, employees are rude, not even trying, always avoiding you, when trying to ask about your pizza. And theres always employees having arguments at the back and goofing off. This place is terrible!!!

I’ve usually bought here, very good pizza. But today, Sunday at 7 p.m., I ordered online. It took an hour for my order, and the pizzas were completely undercooked. One was salty and the other Hawaiian didn’t taste like anything and it seemed like it had no pineapple, just a few pieces. I’m disappointed with the staff tonight because it’s not typical. I’ve really liked the previous pizzas I’ve bought. Today I couldn’t even eat them.
