the lack of respect from the employees from a paying customer is so wrong!! we put a big order and 2 of the pizza were Hawaiian both of them had at least 4 to 6 chucks of pineapple!! for $2 dollars extra for each topping seems like a joke we went back and show them, we asked for a refund for the 2 pizzas but apparently because it was a bigger order they couldn’t refund just the 2 pizzas we just asked to have them remade they told us 10 minutes wait the whole time waiting there the employees keep of making fun of the situation back in the kitchen showing no respect we felt so humiliated and it wasn’t our mistake

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. The manager helped me at the register and told me a few more minutes for the order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked for an update and was told they didn’t have a topping so they didn’t make the order. Nothing was ready and wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting on pizza that never touched the oven. I don’t blame the manager, I blame the owner who hired her. Thanks Gene!

I understand that little Ceasar lost their slogan with hot a ready. Because now you have to wait over 35mintues for a pizza. Which fine. But I won’t tolerate is the attitude these workers you have representing your business. Just because you’re willing to stay and wait. Which happened to me today Saturday 20th at 12:00pm. The girl that took my order upset because I told her 30min wait was fine. Then First she told me 30mintue wait and then when I pay she goes oh now it’s 45mintues. With an attitude like okay pick a time. I think it’s time for a new Slogan because the wait times are now more than ever. And maybe have more respectful employees and not ones that make you seem like your a bother because you want to wait for your pizza.

I ordered a pretzel pizza and received a regular pepperoni pizza. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to make me what I ordered. Upon waiting for my correct order I couldn’t help but notice how filthy the waiting/ordering area was!

This place is run by children. I placed an order last week and they forgot my drinks. I spoke with the manager and she told me to call the store directly when we place our next order and she would add the drinks to my future order and that my name was in the computer for whoever is there to see it. I called tonight to tell them I placed an order and to please add the drinks that I’m owed and the kid answering the phone told me in order to receive a credit I had to come to the store. I am unable to leave the house because of sleeping children and when I asked to speak to a manager another child got on the phone to give me the same spiel. When I informed her that the other, adult, manager never explained that I needed to come in she got short and rude. When I got irritated and asked if sending a drink with my dinner order was worth losing a customer over, she hung up on me. Needless to say there are better pizza places in town that we will be frequenting from now on. Do better Little Caesars.

I guess Hot-n-Ready isn’t actually a thing anymore. The last two times I’ve come to this location they haven’t had a single Hot-n-Ready already made. Kind of defeats the purpose of the concept when you have to wait every single time.

Walked in at 8:07, had no pizza. Said I would take the next pizza ready, was told they weren’t making anymore…yet advertised open til 9. I’m not looking for top level service, just fast food service (even though they get paid to do that) but when your slogan is “hot and ready” and you have nothing available with an hour still left of being open, kinda hurts the ‘brand’
