Would’ve been a 3, but I know I’m gonna go back for the pizza puffs the location was clean and not too busy, so the wait wasn’t long, but I was disappointed that this location didn’t have one of the deals advertised on the Little Caesar’s website and that they ran out of black olives. The garlic parmesan wings were just the regular wings drizzled in garlic sauce with a sprinkle of parmesan BUT they weren’t that bad. The cookie dough brownies were also decent, so may end up ordering them again with the pizza puffs/cups.
There was also a slight communication issue with the cashier, but everything went smoothly once I pulled up the menu on my phone and he was very friendly the entire time. The sad truth is inflation has robbed Little Caesar’s of being the cheap takeout pizza option, so if you’re not pressed for time, just grab a frozen one and heat it up at home.

Not bad. Didn’t receive my dipping sauce with my order. I should have checked before I left. They even warn you on the app so this must be a reoccurring issue. I do like the pickup station where you just enter your code and you’re on your way.

This is hands down the best LC in the area. Always consistent. Always on time and always friendly. They definitely take pride in their food. Have went to several around our house and none of them compare with the quality and speed. Highly recommend!!!!

First let me say this I was OVERLY excited about this location because it’s so close to my home, HOWEVER, the PROS for me are that the restaurant itself was very clean which is a plus for me and also to be expected since they did just open up also the workers were extremely friendly very nice and accommodating.
now for the CONS: first thing I noticed when making my online order was the PRICES PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRICES if you frequent the Tinley or Crestwood locations then you know that bread sticks are $3.25 @ this new location they are $5.50 classic cheese is $1 more @ the new location the sauces are .59 or 2 for $1 at the other locations tonight I paid $2.76 for 2 sauces the cheese bread is also more it was just over kill with the up charges basically the prices are much more than the other locations. Second although the food was fresh it tasted different the bread sticks were really hard compared to what I’m use to and the pizza sauce was unusually sweet
I really don’t wanna sound as if I’m knit picking it’s not that it’s just my personal preference the food just didn’t hit at all. To each his own but I’m definitely going to continue patronizing the other locations. Order at your own risk DONT say I didn’t warn you though lol!

Just saw this new location and to order pizza shop then grab and go was nice. It was clean and didn’t have to wait long. Prices are $1 more here but I had paid before I realized it.

Let me start by saying I WAS excited about this little ceasars because it’s near my home but i am no longer. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and added ground beef on half. I repeated it TWICE just to make sure the cashier UNDERSTOOD! They gave me a half pepperoni and a half ground beef. I stated that although this pizza is incorrect, you all can compensate me and Il take the incorrect pizza and go on with my day. She says no we will remake, it will be 10 minutes. I waited. I now received a whole pepperoni with half italian sausage. I said is this ground beef. She said yes. Upon checking it was not. After waiting for almost a hr they decided they should just give me a refund back. So clearly miscommunication because of LANGUAGE barriers, and they feel it’s ok to waste my time just to leave without food. If you’re going to service those that speak English. You have to be able to communicate and understand English EFFICIENTLY. I am not a confrontational individual but this was horrible service. My advice would be to order online or not at all unless you speak Spanish at this location.
