Ok I’m leaving a review because I don’t blame the employees, I blame the owners because it is ALWAYS like this.
The wait times are horrific, it took almost 3 hours for an Italian cheese bread and two orders of crazy bread.
The workers are overwhelmed. The place was packed with people out the door. This is a busy establishment and you have to change. The workers are overwhelmed. Hire more people. This was crazy. Other than that, the employees were kind and gracious, despite the mad house they were being put through.

Ever since Little Ceasars stopped making hot and ready pizzas, they have been taking over an hour to fill an order if you’re lucky. This location is the worst, though. I get being tired and possibly short staffed but walking around with an attitude and totally ignoring customers will not improve your situation… trust me. The person at the front counter was just foul and was passing out any food that was in front of her to just anybody. I had ordered a stuffed crust but I received a basic regular pizza and yeah it was my fault, I should’ve checked before I left, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could and realized later that my order was wrong.

If I can give zero I would! Placed an order at 6:44 pm pick up time was between 7:29 – 7:34, pizzas were not ready. Upon arrival no updates were given staff members were ignoring customers. Waited an hour still nothing asked for a refund employee completely dismissed my request and proceeded to the back. I can understand it was a busy day due to the game but not giving updates and ignoring customers is rude and poor customer service. Will not be returning to this location! Submitted the survey online haven’t heard back from anyone. Calling corporate to request a refund been on hold for more than 30 mins, unbelievable.

First i want to say the young man working this night is very much appreciated my family did get to enjoy at least one of the pizzas i ordered and I am truly greatful ❤️ he deserves a raise. I ordered an hour ahead of time (because i know they are always backed up and i wasn’t trying to rush them, its been this way since covid) then when I finally got into town after work I went to pick up at 6:30 I was told they were closed due to short staff I asked to talk to a manager she told me the same thing I asked whos pizza was in the warmer because there was no name on the screen I got an eye roll (i get it i work in customer service and i understand its overwhelming when your behind no hard feelings love its not your fault ) i was told it wasn’t mine because people had been waiting 2 hours but the people who come into the lobby and waited 45 minutes got their pizza before anyone who had ordered before them. The young man that first came to the door asked what i ordered then said they have at least one of the pizzas i ordered and went and grabbed it for me. While I get they are short staffed us people who order online know this place is always behind and do this so they have time to make the pizza with no rush so please be kind we have families to feed and we do appreciated your hard work ❤️

I’m never the type to write reviews but this place is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered on the app, had to wait for almost a hour for one singular pizza and cheesy bread, never gave my sauce either. Workers are extremely lazy, ignorant and overall terrible costumer service. They’re packing the pizzas, setting it aside for you to get it cold. Giving pizza to costumers who walked in the store first over online orders from a hour ago.
Seriously save your patience and energy and go elsewhere to eat.

Where should I even start? They had over 30 pizzas laying on the side getting cold freezing up they had over 10 customers in the store. Every single time they called out an order wasn’t their name wasn’t our name. We waited over two hours and asked for a refund wrote my name down on a paper and said they’ll do it tomorrow three workers only btw. Do not come here get away from here don’t even go within 5 miles from here. And also, you’ll also find hair in your food because one worker will keep playing with their hair on the job. Stop worrying about your weave and start worrying about the quality of the food.

On a couple of occasions, I’ve ordered a handful of pizzas for family gatherings. Both times: you go in and no one is at the counter. Finally, a worker comes out and the pizzas aren’t ready. Today, I ordered 5 pizzas a couple hours in advance. They ended up being ready 45 minutes late.
Whoever is running this place: hire more people!!! Your workers are all working like crazy and you don’t have enough people to keep up with the orders!
Anyone thinking of ordering here: go somewhere else.

Will NOT be returning to this location or possibly ANY Little Caesar’s again. This location is FILTHY and the employees (if that’s what you wanna call them) are TERRIBLE. Dirty, ignorant, slow/lazy, and I wouldn’t hire them to clean my window at an intersection, let alone make food. They NEVER answer the phone, the food is NEVER correct, it’s NEVER hot, and they seemingly couldn’t care less. Owner of the franchise should spend a little time there and pay attention to the people they have working for them. By all of the negative reviews, I assume they won’t be open much longer, but BEWARE, unless you want COMPLETELY unacceptable service and/or would like to get sick from the food, go ANYWHERE else. ZERO STARS, in fact, they deserve a NEGATIVE 5 stars….

This location never fails to disappoint in so many ways as far as service goes. Always an issue or problem not only with my orders but those of other customers. Hostile atmosphere customers always arguing or complaining about the same issues time and time again. Excessive waiting times and incorrect orders or orders not being made at all.

Decided to try the stuffed pretzel crust. Ordered ahead and paid when I got there. I had to wait like a minute or 2 because it wasn’t ready yet but that was fine because it’s peak hours, I get it.
I get home and open the box and this is definitely not a pretzel crust. It’s still stuffed and there was only like a 50 cent difference in cost so I decided to leave it alone. But I paid there at the store, they had plenty of time and opportunity to tell me if they were out of pretzel crust or something.
Then I start eating it and holy hell they COATED this thing in salt. Almost half of each slice is practically inedible because it’s so salty and nasty.
