I did delivery for the first time here. Both Little Caesar’s and Door Dash to blame for a bad experience. I got the wrong food, and I was missing food. The Door Dash drivers changed after 30 minutes, and it took another 30 minutes for the other driver to get to the store. When he arrived, it was an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered and 50 minutes after the delivery time I was given. When all is said and done, they both suck.

Finally, a Little Caesars restaurant that’s somewhat clean. Every place I visit in my area is extremely dirty. This place was clean compared to most restaurants I’ve visited. The Hispanic lady was very kind and helpful, offering excellent customer service. Everything was going well until one of the employees from the back came to the front, and I noticed that his uniform was extremely dirty. You could tell it was dirt from several days of use, or perhaps worn-out clothing, which gave a very bad impression and made the restaurant look dirty. I was left wondering, is that the person who prepared my food?

Pizza is always fresh. However, they never have Parmesan cheese packets. The one young man who works there with dark hair comes off as very rude when you ask him if they have any. I come in at least once a month, and there have not been any for the past several months.

I don’t normally complain but I ordered two pizzas and 5 crazy breads via the Uber app. The crazy bread was supposed to be lightly cooked but we received all 5 of them crispy and only received one pizza. The one pizza we did get was old and was clearly not hot and fresh. When I called to speak to the manager, his attitude was not the best and he told me I can get a free pizza next time I go into that location BUT he cannot control how the crazy bread is cooked. When I told him I never have this issue with the other location, he told me I’m welcome to continue ordering from them. I will NEVER go to the Huntley location again.

They have the best fast service in this location since they have new employees,..4 years back it would take me 1hr minutes to 1 1/2hr to get my pizzas, now I come in and out at takes 2-3 minutes they are the best.

I waited for 3 pizzas and 2 breeadsticks. Got home and the bread sticks were over cooked and clumps of cheese on some crazy bread, some with none. Cheese is great, but this was to much.

Opened pizza immediately after coming home (it was not a long drive). Pizza had clearly been sitting for hours. It was old and stale which is disappointing considering how much the prices have increased. Will definitely think twice before returning.
