It took forever to give us the pizza and crazy bread. We placed the order there, asked for slices-and-stick and a crazy bread. The food was made and they put it in their warmer. I saw other people getting their orders and asked if ours was ready. They just didn’t give it to us and had us waiting while the food got cold. We asked for extra cheese on the crazy bread and they barely put any. They gave us an old bag that was cold. See picture.

Overcrowded; people come and go and order insane amounts of pizza, workers that have worse hearing than a ww2 vet, burnt pizzas that are too cold and too thin. The only thing this place did right was the crazy bread. That’s it. The app said they were done with my order, but the moment I showed up the staff were barely getting started on the crazy bread. If you like saving your time and your money, DON’T go to this location or the one by lords park.

Horrible experience. I waited 1 hour 25 minutes to get my customers order in hand. Young girl working in the front separated Door Dash driver from other people. She was helping only them, didn’t even pay attention to Dashers. Why would she prioritize others? Door dash customers pay for their orders too. They are not getting food for free. Everyone should be equal. After waiting over an hour, lady behind me spoke up. The skinny young girl replied “you have to check-in with me. What you mean you have have to check-in girl. You said Door dash orders step on this side. Waste of time. Never going back to this location. Not accepting orders coming from this location either.

Do not order from this location on the weekend evenings. You’ll get a cold pizza with hardly any toppings (even if your ordered Extra most bestest) and cut mishapen. Possibly the worst LC consistently during that time. However if you order during the week day you’ll get a hot fresh properly topped pizza. Somehow manages to be the worst and best LC just depending when you order.

On a busy day be prepared to wait 1-2 hours!! Even on a non busy day its a 30 minute wait. I dont know why they dont hire different workers or if its the management problem but its always been a super long wait and something is always a issue or forgotten with the order (sauce or drinks)The food comes out burnt!!. as you can see in the photo. I dont see this place running in the future with how bad it is now

Ordered a pizza through the app. An hour later, got the email that it was ready but that I needed to get it from the counter. Stood in line for 20 minutes and by the time I got to the front they couldn’t find my order. After 10-15 minutes of standing there I just asked them to cancel the order. While they were looking I even got a second email that it was ready. This is the third time in a row that this has happened.

Worst place to order food from. No sauce but paid for extra. No pineapple but paid extra. Cheese in the bread stick not even melted. Brunt pizza. Even though we bought 4pizzas 2crazy breads and wings… so bad even the kids won’t eat it glad I spent my money on this. Would not go here if someone else paid for it. And I think RYLEIGH from this location needs more training. Then when we called to get pur money back or bring the pizza in for a new one, got told that there was nothing they could do. We would have to go back tomorrow during work hours with the food to have them take care of it.

Only getting 1 star, because 0 isn’t an option. Waited for 25 past scheduled pickup for 2 pizzas and a breadstick. Multiple people came in, ordered, and left with food, before I got mine after my scheduled pick up time. Store’s solution was have a 20 ounce soda for the 25 minute wait and having to remake your pizza.
Avoid this store like it is a plague.
The pizza was the worst pizza I have had, tossed most of it away and heated up a Tony’s frozen pizza, and it tasted better……
Sauce for breadsticks was only have full and I needed to wait if I wanted another.
Breadsticks, that were sitting on the counter since before I got there, were plain with no seasoning.

Was waiting and waiting for someone to even take my order she was just talking in the back with a dude instead of paying attention to the front counter i tried getting her attention nicely eventually had to yell to get her attention! Unacceptable behavior here and there were many people also waiting far longer than me.
