Staff is super friendly BUT don’t order the Extra Stuffed Crust because there is ZERO Parmesan cheese on the top of the crust as pictured!!! Looks just like the normal stuffed crust pizza but paid extra $$ for nothing. They also do not answer the phone. Aggravating!!!

I will NEVER go to this location again. Driving home from the city 15 minutes from home, I decided to call and place an order but the phone rings and goes to voicemail. Figuring they were extremely busy. I waited a few minutes called back with the same result. Called two more times with a few minutes in between each call with the same result. Figured maybe I had the wrong phone number so I decided to stop in to the store to place my order. When I got there, there was only one customer inside waiting for his order and both employees we’re in the back of the store carrying on a conversation. I attempted calling the same number again lo and behold the phone in the store rings but neither employee makes an effort to answer the phone. Male leaning against stove talking to female out of sight. When the girl walked up to the counter to take my order I requested the manager’s name she refused it and said he wasn’t there. I requested her name and explained why I needed to speak with the manager she then told me I did not need to know her name. Then walked into the back of the store. I asked the gentleman in back his name and heard her telling him not to provide it. I explained again why I wanted their names and he responded that they didn’t answer the phones because they were extremely busy . When I told him that I called and watch them continue a conversation without answering the phone he basically told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I had just walked into the store. At that point I told him he could either tell me his name or I could just reference the time and date of the occurrence and I’m sure his manager would know who was on the schedule. He provided it despite the girl telling him not to. Didn’t have the opportunity today to speak with the regional manager but I will definitely speak with him tomorrow. Part 2 it is now December 26, I decided to try giving this location one more chance again on my way home from work in the city. Same scenario tried calling starting at 9 p.m. to place my order when Im 15 minutes away. This time the phone is shut off and a voicemail is not set up. After multiple phone call attempts I still stopping to location, it is now 9:16 p.m. and the store is closed. It clearly states on the stores door hours they are open until 10 p.m.

Avoid this location .. online app system didn’t work and after waiting 15 minutes longer finally went in and the pizza was waiting. Got home to cold pizza and worse made with very little sauce and cheese. No apologies and didn’t even feel like calling as there was a line of cars waiting in the drive through and a few in the lobby. Maybe visited at the wrong day .. but go to another Caesars if you can

None of the workers understood English and the omly one knowing a little was busy on her phone and helped a little before disappearing to the back with her phone. 99% of customers Spanish speaking maybe that’s why. I couldn’t get any unswers and could not use any promotions in the store that I saw on line. The place was rundown and not so clean. I was visiting and did not know any other place otherwise I would not stay there. Treble experience at a treble food establishments.

Ariana was our cashier and when I ordered the stuff pizza with a attitude she tells me “it’s going to take 20 minutes”. I said that was fine I went pumped gas and came back by then it had been 30 minutes and I’m told “we forgot to put the pizza in the oven.” She wanted me to wait another 20 minutes and when I said no i got a attitude again. Don’t recommend this place.

I’ve yet to ever have bad service here; the people are always nice and helpful and wow, actually care how to make a great pizza and deliver on kind customer service. I will ALWAYS GO out of my way TO THIS LOCATION and NEVER GO TO ADDISON LOCATION, I promise you after my last experience there last year, I believe every word of those reviews, but I digress, come to the Bensenville Location off Irving Park Road; great food, great people, great service!
