First off, I was craving pizza but didn’t want to break the bank, so I chose Little Caesars since it was on my way. I figured it wouldn’t be busy because it was early and they had just opened at 10:30 a.m.
As soon as I walked in, it was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant was dirty, which was already disappointing. What made it worse was the gentleman who took my order—his nails were long and visibly dirty. I might have overlooked that if he were only working the register, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I ordered Crazy Bread with extra butter and cheese, and to my dismay, he went straight to the back, grabbed the bags, and added the extras himself without washing his hands after handling the register. Watching that completely turned my stomach.
Overall, the experience was disgusting and filthy. Cleanliness and basic food-handling hygiene should be a priority, and this location clearly failed on both.

Unprofessional staff, waited in front with no other customers present and it took them around 10min to get to me even though I could see and hear they weren’t doing anything but chatting, even casually dabbing up their friend or another coworker right in front of me. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same, I overhear they constantly mess up other people’s order. I myself ordered a slices and stix pie and was given deliberately messed up food (see photo). Will not recommend this place anymore.

I came here to pick up a pizza for my brother and I was absolutely disgusted. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business. A place serving food shouldn’t be operating under these conditions, on top of that having only one or two employees making pizzas results in long 40-60+ minute wait times regardless if you order online.

We have been going to this location for years, since it opened. It is close and convenient. Used to be ok, but there were waits on busy nights. However, the last 5 years the quality of service and food has steadily declined. We order on the app, and half the time the portal is not working, so I have to wait around and continually ask about my order while being actively ignored. Once I went in and a manager named Sarah was standing chatting with an employee. She looked right at me and turned her back and continued chatting as if I wasn’t there. I was the only customer at the time.
Other times our pizza was cold because the portal was broken and the high school kids that work there and are too busy goofing off in the back would let the pizza sit out and get cold.
They have a huge turnover here. Every time I go in there are new staff in the back.
In addition to the crappy service, they screw up our order on a regular basis.
This last time was the final straw on Friday night. We ordered on the app, and when I went in the portal was once again broken, and the poor lady trying to manage the place was by herself. There were two kids in the back just eating and talking, and when asked by the manager to help they ignored her and kept eating. These two should be fired! The woman was basically making the pizzas herself and serving the idiot customers who were yelling at her as if it were all her fault. I hope she quit after that night and found a better job. The kids working there were lazy and ignorant. I waited 2 hours past the time the pizza was supposed to be ready and ended up with a different pizza.
My only guess is this franchise was bought out a few years back and the new franchise owner doesn’t know how to run a business. But after years of being customers we are done with Little Caesars.

Disgusting. I received a Frankenstein-pizza, made up of different pieces of deep dish. It’s not even the deep dish I ordered, I ordered the pretzel pepperoni and got mutilated pieces of regular pepporoni deep dish. Would’ve been completely fine with this if clearly wasn’t pieces that weren’t cut together, undercooked and disgusting.

I ordered online last night and after I saw the rush, knowing this stores history, I knew I would be waiting way longer than expected. I went up to the counter there was a nice young man trying to explain to people that they were having issues with the system and were trying their best to get everything sorted, after 20 minutes of no update he took charge started asking people about their orders piece by piece and brought everyones food out as fast as he could while still profusely apologizing to each individual person. By the time it came for me to finally receive my order he once again apologized for the delay and said he would try his best next time to not let this happen again and even wished me a good day! This kid did the best job he could’ve in a really bad situation especially with the amount of customers who wouldn’t understand what he was trying to explain and were cussing him out, even though it didn’t seem like his fault since he was dealing with customers in the front so the other employees in the back should be the ones receiving these comments. All in all, if I see that young man behind the register or in the store, I know I will be treated with respect, given proper explanations for delays, and will receive some of if not the best service from that store!
Pizza was a bit cold, there definitely wasn’t enough sausage or pepperoni on my pizza pie, but my crazy bread was absolutely phenomenal and the sauce never fails to hit the spot!

Store is very dirty and is not being cleaned or maintained properly but even worse is their poor leadership/ management. I’ve given them multiple chances at my kids request only to be frustrated and disappointed. Twice they never fulfilled my grubhub order, another time they didn’t have my online order and are always several hours behind schedule. Poor communication.. answering service can’t get ahold of them. Store filled with people and no employees to be found. The team is unmotivated, overwhelmed by a lack of direction and support. At one point the manager punched out and left a new hire in the middle of a customer issue because she couldn’t go into over time. Scary stuff. They will be replaced by robots or out of business soon. Desperate need of a leadership shake up!

Every time we come here, it gets worse and worse. Unfortunately, sometimes this is what the kids want.
It took almost 90 minutes for a cheese pizza and crazy bread. Though it said it would be ready in 25. At one point there were 22 customers waiting in the lobby. No employees were coming to the counter. The phone wouldn’t stop ringing. And for almost 10 minutes, only one employee was even in the restaurant at all. All while almost 30 finished pizzas were sitting on the counter getting cold, waiting to be packed up.
This whole staff should be fired. The franchise owner does not care and, if Little Caesars has the ability, should take the franchise from them.

Close this place down!!!! Came around 9 on Saturday and placed order online and when arrived it was chaotic. Multiple angry people waiting . Keept being told 10 more minutes. 30 min later went up again 10 more minutes. 1 hr later staff walked out and food never came out. At one point why dont u stop taking orders. Its common sense dont have enough employees??? Then at one point you have to have a way to stop getting orders. You guys do this to urself. ! Close this terrible places down .

Just horrible. Placed an order it’s been 2 hrs smh. Pizza still “in the oven” they never pick up the phone I seen them just let it ring without a care in the world. Cooperate just needs to do themselves a favor and shut this location down. You want pizza don’t go here.
