I came in pleasant and asked for a hot n ready pepperoni. The guy at the register said 10mins, and I said ok. I also ordered crazy puffs. I noticed the total was only $4 and change and I asked if he got the hot n ready too and he rolled his eyes and walked off. Next thing I know, another man is walking to the front to take my order. Like, if you hate your job, as a customer, I don’t need to feel or know that. The disrespect, attitude, and eye rolling was totally unprovoked. I walked out because I don’t need an angry miserable person being responsible for making food my children are about to eat. My goodness. Do better little Caesars! If I were the owner and I knew my employees were treating customers like this I would be so disappointed. January 16th at 6:40pm!

I should technically report this to the health inspector for not cleaning hands while handling food but I’ll hope this review takes care of that issue first. The food is also undercooked (pizza and bread sticks), the wings they let sit there day after day until someone purchases them… And I’ve never seen anyone there wearing gloves or washing their hands… ESPECIALLY AFTER HANDLING MONEY!!!!! They also always ONLY have pepperoni pizza and never cheese or sausage and you have to wait.

If there is an option of zero stars, I would do it because it’s my first time going to a little Caesars and I got the worst attitude ever from the guy at the front to the point while I’m ordering I walked away. I didn’t even waste a minute because of his attitude. I didn’t even get to try the food because of the cashier that was there absolutely terrible customer service.

Honestly took 20mins to get my pizza I pre ordered and it wasn’t even packed there were 5 workers in the back. I really wish it seemed like they cared more then I asked since I had to wait 20mins if I can get a dip for free and the manager wouldn’t give me a 70cent dip for free. Got my pizza in just 10 minutes! Order request was right, but there really should be a few chairs for customers to sit down in rather than stand around and wait until order is out of the oven. Especially for the elderly/disabled individuals.
I wasn’t thrilled that the guy at the front counter kept touching his mouth (he had a wound on his lip) and then was then handling my items. That’s unsanitary.

Wasn’t a personal experience but a family member went for pizza. The crust was so uneven and extremely greasy as you can see if the pictures…and sliced unevenly. It’s as though the process was rushed because it was an hr before closing time. Makes you want to check your food before you leave the restaurant. Try!

I ordered in the app for my food to be ready at 12:30, I didn’t get it until 12:50. I have half an hour for my lunch break and to have 20 minutes of it wasted waiting when I specifically put 12:30 is ridiculous. Then when I finally got my pizza puffs they were just wrapped in paper and completely squashed together. Where’s the box that’s supposed to prevent that from happening?

Diego is the man! This review is specifically for him. Always smiling and kind when I come. Working hard! I wish they could keep this place staffed because it’s slow. Managers please read this. You should be working if you can’t hire people. Especially during $1 T-Mobile pizza puff deal. Seriously you’re going to have 2 people working?? Ownership/management should probably change as this has been an issue for over a year.

I called about 5 minutes before driving by this location after dropping off groceries to a friend. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni – I arrived and paid in cash, then was able to happily use the hand sanitizer left for customers on their counter! Also managed to request the gentleman to not cut my pizza as it left the oven, wow what a difference- pizza was excellent after the drive home! Great value and great customer service at this location- better than a few months ago. Thanks Caesars!

This location is disgusting. The people are unfriendly, make your pizza without gloves, talk to each other while making the dough which means they are spitting on it. Who the heck is the owner of this location??? Should be ashamed of yourself. Time to report it to the bbb…
