Pizza tastes like burnt cardboard leaves a sandy feeling on your tongue not worth a buck and we payed $9+ for it. The pizza was so hard it sliced our mouths as we tried to eat it. Very disappointing.

On my way home I stopped at this location to pick up some food. I first tried to place the order online, but the system was not working for me. I wanted the stuffed crust pepperoni, which was listed online at $9.49. Since the website was not functioning, I decided to order at the counter instead.
Before placing the order, I confirmed that the price on the menu screen inside the store matched the online price. However, when the cashier rang it up, the total came to $13. When I questioned it, he acted as if he had no idea what I was referring to. I showed him both the online price and the price displayed on the screen above the counter. He simply shrugged, said it must be some kind of promotion, and walked away.
I asked for my receipt, and after some delay he handed it to me, although it seemed he did so reluctantly.
I submitted a complaint through the online feedback form, but after a full week I still have not received any response.
The difference was only about $3.50, so this is not about the money. It is about the principle that customers are being charged more than the prices clearly advertised. I find this concerning and hope it will be addressed.

NEVER READY ON TIME, no matter if you order online or by phone. The employees look like they are bored and don’t want to be there!
The place definitely needs a revamp. It’s the beginning of April, and they still have the Christmas decorations on display!
Not to mention, their plastic wrap to separate customers from the employees looks like it was put up by a child!!!

They close 30 minutes before closing this is the second time I come at 9:30pm and the door is already locked. Supposedly they close 10pm, lie!!!

I stood at the front for 10 minutes. I even looked directly at one of the employees as he cut pizzas. He looked up, saw me, and never engaged to help me. He actually walked to the back instead of helping. I kept saying hello, and not a single person helped. I’d fire the whole staff. Horrible service. Took my business elsewhere.

I had a really great experience here. I placed my order on the app in advance for pickup, and my order was ready when I got there. The staff greeted me and stood there to assist. I used the pizza portal in the lobby to retrieve my order. I put my code in, and the portal opened where my food was stored. It was hot, and my entire order was there. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious, and they were generous on the ingredients. I will definitely come back often.
