Ivan took my order. Easy enough. I ran over to Jewel ro grab some sodas and other treats for my son’s sleep over. They asked for more pizza while I was in Jewel–no problem, I thought. I called over to add to my order that I had just made in person and was hung up on three times. Once I came back in to pick up the previous order, I addressed the issue with Ivan who didn’t seem to care at all. No offense but he seemed completely apathetic. Wow. Then asked what I wanted to add to my order…I kindly told him I am not spending any more money there. I couldn’t belive the nerve.

I don’t know what has happened to this location, but it’s AWFUL. Last order, everything was burnt, the deep deep dish pizzas were round, and only parts of them had the deep sides. The thin crust wasn’t cut. Will not be returning. WORST LOCATION EVER! Man with mustache working the register needs to be FIRED. WORST attitude I’ve ever dealt with. Run screaming from this place. Thought I’d try again after giving up a year ago. Big mistake. I’ll drive passed this location to get pizza from anywhere else.

On 9/11, I ordered 12 pizzas and 8 orders of crazy bread for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered online for a pick up on 9/14. Order was paid for ($181), verified by the store for a 9/14 pickup at 1:45pm. Show up on 9/14 at 1:45pm and NO FOOD. The person behind the counter tells me the order was picked up……get this….on 9/11! They made the order the same day and gave it away to someone else. When I showed the printed order that showed the 9/14 date and pick up time, all he could tell me was “I don’t know”. I tried to call the store multiple times to speak with a manager but couldn’t ever get him. Finally I went into the store and was told I could NOT get a refund because it was an online order. Are you serious? You took my money, gave away my food and tell me it’s not your problem? Gimme a break. Choose another location. This place is just awful.

First off, just found out that each little Caesars can put their own price, this place has their hot and ready at $10!!!!!
For that + a couple more dollars I can get a better one somewhere else.
Defeat the purpose of what once little Caesars stood for
Quality was horrible. Dried ahh crust, pepperoni all burnt and it looked like it was sitting for a while.
For the $10 I would expect a fresher, better pizza.
Definitely avoiding this place. The other little Caesars around have the $6 and the quality is better.

Got the wrong order and missing sauce. No one answers the phone. Ever since they got the new staff last month or so it’s been terrible quality. The staff in the beginning of summer was so much better.

Worst customer service experience. I’ll say, I made a mistake with ordering thru the app, and informed them that I meant to order the deal that came with Crazy Bread and Sauce. I was met with blank stares and an excuse saying…..”Nooooo, nooo I can not do” I asked for them to return the pizza and I would repurchase it with the correct deal, same response. I understand it’s a bargain pizza, but I’m not paying $6 more for a deal where it would have costed $2. Hence bargain pizza, I’ll drive out of my way to Bensenville or Rolling Meadows next time.

Never liked Little Caesar’s until I had the Slice-n-Stix half pizza/ half cheesy garlic bread! This comes with pepperoni but since I’m vegetarian, I called them to ask if they were able to make an exception for me and they happily did! The food was mouthwatering- I mean look at the picture! Can’t wait to get this again!

After a recent experience with the Hanover Park location I was about ready to write off LC entirely. But this location is fast, friendly, and correctly prepares orders. The parking lot is a mess but definitely not their fault.
