Love the pizza portal. This location is the best in rapid, the other 2 sometimes make mistakes such as undercooked dough, or uncut pizza. I wish there was more cheese sometimes but I understand when you cut the pizza it gets dragged off. Overall a great place

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called and spoke to someone who told me my pizza would be done in 25 min. We got there late and they said that it was still going to be another 30 minutes. They didn’t even have it started. I ordered pizza and crazy bread with sauce and the gentleman on the phone repeated my order back to me, saying I had crazy bread with sauce and both my pizzas. When we got there, we were told my order wasn’t even started, 40 minutes after I called, and they made us pay and that’s when we discovered the crazy bread and sauce wasn’t even on there. I can understand a busy day, but don’t tell your customers it’s going to be 20 minutes if it’s actually going to be over an hour. Absolutely frustrating.

The slowest fast food I think ive ever ordered. I orders 2 pizzas for pickup. Ordered them at 4pm to be picked up at 630pm, at 655pm im still waiting for 2 pizzas. Dirty store, and the slowest ive ever seen

The only good things about this particular business were the fact that my special needs son was so excited for the pretzel crust and the young lady that took my order was probably the friendliest I’ve encountered at any Little Ceasars in well over a decade. The place was so trashy outside that I was hit with literal TRASH as I walked up to the building, there was a line to order, which 4 people back and it took far too long to get to the counter, then a 15-20 minute wait. Customers that ordered after me got their orders ahead of mine, which I get a I got a specialty pizza, but my complaint is that there were absolutely no chairs or anywhere to sit at all. For those of us with physical disabilities, standing there that long, especially in a crowded place where movement is limited, that can be extremely painful and very difficult, which it was. They also no longer carry packets of cheese, red peppers and their special pizza blend, nor any sauces for purchase. I was overall very disappointed with this experience.

Hands down the best little Ceasars pizza I have had. Fresh out of the oven, hot, ingredients fresh as well. From Philadelphia to California Little Caesars has been the ‘basic’ fast food pizza. I am impressed. Well timed Little Caesar!
