I stopped by and I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. The lady taking the order seemed just like didn’t want to be there. I was not greeted, she just looked at me to say my order. She takes the pizza out of the warmer and just drops it on the counter. She takes the crazy bread out of the warmer drops it on top of the pizza. She drops the cheese sauce on the box. That was just the purchase. The pizza was cold, and in the warmer way too long, same with the crazy bread, and the cheese sauce was cold. Not impressed at all, and it was almost 15 dollars. I could have ordered a pizza from a different chain for half and it would have actually been hot and ready.

Cloquet Little Ceasers has definitely stepped it up. It was good around 10 years ago, then went to straight garbage for the longest time, both food and definitely service. Now recently, we’ve ordered twice and have been very impressed with the food, and the all around service. Keep it up!!! I wrote this review on Facebook about a year ago, and so far, I wouldn’t change it.

Really disappointing. I walked in at 1:20 with my wife and we didn’t walk out until 1:55. On top of all that our food was raw and wrong. Crazy bread was still uncooked dough and my supposed plain cheese pizza was pepperoni instead. An associate walked through and started helping in the back without washing his hands and the people in general seemed bored amidst a growing lobby. I love the food when it’s done right but recently everytime I’ve gone here it just hasn’t been it. I don’t love leaving bad reviews but I’m out money I could have spent elsewhere. I hope this store can clean up and get back to being better.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had! I placed an online order at 4pm, It was supposed to be ready by 5pm. I was in the store for a half an hour and nobody even looked my way. I saw other costumer’s there who were waiting for 45min! I didn’t get my food until 6:30pm! Multiple people canceled their ordered and walked away because they kept getting orders wrong. The woman who was working was running around the store wiping her hands on her pants then touching the food. At one point in the middle of the chaos she went outside for a smoke break, came back in didn’t wash her hands and went right back to making food. Not at any point did I see her wear gloves or wash her hands. When I finally got home 1hr 30min later with my food I opened the crazy bread and found it crushed and raw. Never going back again.

Little Caesars should update/increase cook time and/or temperature when cooking pizzas with more than 1 topping. I got a cheesy crust 4 topping and it’s barely cooked. I had to cook more in my oven, so I tried to slide from the box directly onto the oven rack…bad idea because it was too soft so I lost toppings that fell through the rack. Plenty of toppings, so not a huge loss…except not many jalapeños to begin with.
So I put it on a pizza pan to cook, as the picture shows. Hopefully this works. The guy who took my order was pleasant, 3 stars for service is due to the uncooked pizza.

I had ordered two simple pizzas, half cheese half pepporoni and half sausage half cheese. Instead, i recieved one sausage pizza and one peppironi pizza. It was a simple mistake, but very angering because of their lack of attention to detail. Still looks like good pizza though.

Placed my order on line. When I arrived at the time they provided to pick up order it was not ready. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes.
The deep dish pizza I received was unrecognizable. Looked like a mistake they decided to put in box. Ate two pieces, cheese was not melted thoroughly and most of sausage was burnt and off the side on the cardboard. Had to dispose of remainder.

Lady at counter today with curly hair Couldn’t ring in the special and didn’t even try. So paid full price. Also wanted garlic sauce but she said she was out. She took a phone call and was on her phone calling a ride for 4 o clock while takinf my order on her cell phone Waited in car 7 min for pizza. Went in and they fully stocked garlic sauce. Assuming she was too Lazy to stock. She refused to say Thank you on original purchase and the purchase of garlic sauce. Even though I said it twice. It seemed like she may have been on something. Not much going on upstairs. But she did have time for a cigarette. So glad she got a break from her exhausting day. Pizza is what was expected and the guy making pizza thanked me. Haha

The staff here is very friendly. However they usually don’t have much that’s actually hot and ready, and the crazy bread is usually overcooked. Today’s bread wasn’t too dark, but they were tiny! We got 3 orders all this tiny. This will be our last meal from this location.
