Oh my gosh! I don’t know if I’ve written a review before, but every time I order from Little Caesars, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. This pizza is incredibly amazing and delicious—it’s my number one pizza restaurant! I want to thank all the crew for making such hot and delicious food. You all are great!

Terrible experience, details below. Overall this place is managed terribly and based on the front being gross looking I can assume the back is also disgusting. Now my experience February 18, 2025 at 4pm.

T-Mobile had a coupon to use on an online order and I was close to this store today. I ordered at 3:45pm on the website for a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. Ordered and both the site and the email gave me a code number and QR code for pickup. I have the email that confirmed it was a pickup order.

Website tracking shows it will be ready by 4:08pm. I arrived in the store at 4:05pm and my name was not in the rack and both the QR code and the 3 digit code did not work. Went to the counter and the lady working was on her cellphone clearly not taking an order. I asked where my order was because it showed available on the tracker and wasn’t in the rack. She then had the audacity to tell me a Doordasher picked it up and I was wrong.

I showed her my order and it didn’t show picked up by me and I still have the email and I screenshot the site with my details. Definitely not a Doordash order. I was told I was wrong until I requested they get someone who knows more than this lady. Took literally 10 more minutes for them to figure it out and make me a new order after she must have called a manager.

Terrible experience and poorly run store. I still don’t understand how my order was confused with a Doordash order but being blamed when I have all the details did not sit right with me.

People will still get pizza here but I advise you to skip this location if you can. Domino’s is not too far away and has much better food. Gave Little Caesars a try because of a coupon but clearly a huge disappointment.

Stay away unless you’re broke and this is the only pizza you can afford.

One of worst little Caesar I’ve been to. The pizza I ordered was supposed to have extra cheese and extra pepperoni… instead I got no cheese on a number of pieces and half the pepperoni…. They skimp on the dough too, a normal crust there they make like a thin… beside bad food the atmosphere is horrible and then their workers are a bit rude.

I tried to order a hot an ready for pickup, and the lady said, they don’t do online orders, I told the lady that I’m picking up, she doesn’t say anything after that, so I asked to speak to a manager, and was put on hold, and the crazy part is they never answered the phone. Instead just kept playing the elevator music for over 10 minutes. Worst pizza place I’ve ever called

Food has been fine, when we get it. Last to orders online through their website delivered via DoorDash. First order missing 2L of soda, second order missing the marina that came with the crazy bread and the one I added. No clear person to contact, tried calling the store once both times, no answer. No way to reach Door Dash about this order within the order. Stuck footing the bill for incompetency.

IT DIDN’T HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS, LITTLE CAESARS.
I loved you. I would have bled for you.

No, your Chicago deep-dish pizza wasn’t a “real” deep-dish pizza, but that didn’t matter to me! It warmed my soul all the same, didn’t it? It filled my belly, filled my wife’s belly, permeated the amniotic fluid in her womb and fed my unborn child!

I didn’t care that people thought your decor was stark and hideous, your crust cardboard-like, your toppings underwhelming and spongy. That never mattered to me—lord knows it didn’t, considering how many times I ordered from you. Sure, you forgot the soda nearly every time, but that’s hardly important. It was your essence that kept me coming back, your aura, the comfort you provided.

Remember cheese pizza with extra cheese—and nacho cheese for sauce—and a pretzel crust???
Those were the days…
The days when you still possessed my heart.

Then it finally happened.
For an event, I ordered many pizzas from you. Must’ve been the twentieth time in a span of six months.
Your driver pulled up outside my home, pizzas visibly present in their vehicle—we made eye contact for a moment, even—before they peeled out suddenly.
I called your direct number, but you never answered. I contacted the general Caesars line; they said it was an issue with your delivery service, to take it up with them.
Naturally, the delivery service said the same of you.

I called many times. You put me on hold, transferred me between MANY people who said they couldn’t help, “sorry but this seems better suited for [department X], will you please hold a moment while I transfer you?”
I literally stood in the pouring rain waiting to clear this up with you, sheltered by a weeping roadside tree while the hold music tinkled along.
“We can put this behind us,” I thought. “Little Caesars wouldn’t betray me so awfully.”
But you did, didn’t you?

Do you have any idea how much money you stole from me? Never saw a dime of it returned, that’s for certain.

Was I too polite on the phone, was that it?
Didn’t shriek, curse, threaten legal action. Should I have made myself lesser for you? Would that have done it?
You left me there, standing in the rain. After the fifth transfer that afternoon, you hung up on me.
It wasn’t the first time such a thing happened since I called to clear this up, but it was surely the last. I haven’t ordered from you since, nor will I ever.

I always stuck up for you, and you burned me. It’s a fierce feeling, one I still haven’t recovered from.
I’ve started making my own pizzas now, at home. Sometimes I wonder if you’d be proud of me, hearing that. What you might say if you saw me toiling in the kitchen, eyes distant—thinking of you, of course.

I do miss you. It stings to put that in writing.
The pizzas I make are objectively higher quality than anything you ever offered me, but they’ll never taste as sweet.
