If you don’t want to spend much on pizza, it’s worth it. 4 stars for cheap Pizza and good service. If you want good pizza you should know better than ordering Little Caesars. Bonus points for consistently having stuffed crust.

We enjoyed our cheese and pepperoni pizzas from the Monticello Little Caesars. The service was a little bit slow on Saturday night, so they gave us free bread sticks, Marinara sauce, and a little bag of Little Caesars cookies. Our dinner was a great value at under $20 dollars.

The exciting thing about going here is the element of surprise. If they’re out of something, they will substitute a different crust with no communication or discount and just hope you won’t notice. You never know what condition your order will be in, when it will be done, or if they even remember it exists. Sometimes they use the Pizza Portal, other times they don’t – literally a flip of the coin. Recently when I went in to look for my order, they told me it was “still in the oven” (for 30 min?) and then presented me with a cold pizza. The only thing you can count on here is incompetence and dishonesty.

I gave the teller 2 $50 bills and I told him to put the dollar 47 on my card because I didn’t have change for another $50 he looked at me kind of funny and said would you like to see a receipt I said hell yes he gave it to me this young kid charged me 50.75 cash and then he charged my card 50.45 It’s a darn good thing I looked at the receipt because I had to force him to give me 50.75 back in cash. Needless to say very disappointed.

Place has gone downhill over the years. They never have “hot n ready” pizzas. The old guy that runs it has no clue what he’s doing. He’s constantly messing orders up. The other day when I stopped by, someone had been waiting 50 minutes for a cheese pizza. That was all they ordered. Today I ordered a cheese pizza and this is what I got. The crust was super thin, there was barely any sauce, and the cheese was extremely burnt. This place needs new management ASAP. The teenagers that work there do a better job at running the place and cooking.

Ordered pizza at 4pm on 12-26. Came in next day 12-27 at 3pm and was told to wait for the manager to come in at 4. Waited an hour for the manager to get in and was told that we were lying and we were trying to scam. We were nothing but polite until we were accused of lying. They offered to remake the entire order, which would have taken too much more time out of our day. Already spent almost 4 hours of time for the pizza and was met with hostility and accusations. Don’t order food from here if you want to eat in a timely matter. Food was undercooked and had no sauce on it but apparently it’s our fault.

The kids in the kitchen need to watch their mouths around customers. I’m not one to complain about foul language much these kids had absolutely no care for the 8 or so customers that were in store. Also this location has been getting worse. Food quality has gone down and the inside looks like a dump.

After a bit of waiting around unsure of what was happening. The maybe owner/manager George came out and made sure we were all okay and made everything right.

I ordered pizza online for a specific date. But the date I thought I had in there was incorrect. i ordered the pizza 15 minutes before they closed. got the answer machine left a message explaining my situation. leaving my number so they can call me with hopes of resolving this issue. i have not heard back.I have tried called multiple times even during business hours with no answer. i had been charged for these pizzas beforehand. do not order a pizza from this place.
