Had a very horrible experience and very upset we had originally ordered two different pizzas one being a supreme deep dish and the other one was meat option with bacon and pizza was supposed to have sausage it didn’t come with it no biggie maybe they forgot we open the second pizza same toppings just deep dish call the store to see what they could do so we could get the supreme pizza we originally ordered the manager told us they didn’t have any sausage for the the supreme pizza no problem I leave work since this was for my team. I get to the location and addressed I called about the pizza and told him it was supreme but since they had no sausage they told me they would replace it with ham still the young man never says we are out of the toppings. I was walking to my car I decided to check the pizza to make sure it was the supreme pizza Nope! It only had ham and bacon go back to the store and explained this was supposed to be a supreme deep dish and it’s had no veggies what makes it supreme is it has everything meat and veggies onion mushrooms etc.. young male

I was so excited to have their pretzel pizza. The family waited all week. It’s all we wanted for dinner. I picked it up. Brought it all the way home. And we get ready to eat, sit down at the table, open the box… to find a normal pizza crust pizza. Seriously. Even the sticker on the box said we ordered pretzel crust. Thanks to their incompetence, our dinner experience was ruined and the kids were not happy at all! Honestly I didn’t think I had to look. It’s a pizza, how hard is it to make the right one & put it in a box? The right box!

This location has gone down south. we order here pretty frequently and order way in advance because it’s normally 8-10 pizzas. The pizzas are either a) not ready at the time promised or b) made in advance and pizzas are cold. Today, i walked in, waited in line only to be ignored multiple times. The guy would help others that walked in before me. i would try to step in and he would tell me to wait and he would help these other people. i was in the store for 20 min before getting my pizzas. I understand that staffing is hard right now for everyone, but human decency and respect for the customers who are spending 80+ dollars would be nice. The owner of this store needs to step in and fix their conundrum before this store gets shut down.

The store is clean but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I have been to this location twice and had to wait an hour (literally) for ONE simple pepperoni pizza. If you guys know it’s peak eating time, there’s no reason why pizzas aren’t ready to go. If you’re swamped, maybe hold off on online orders/doordash because this is insane. Food should be hot & ready, or at least a 10 min wait at the most.

I ordered 2 pizzas, wings and crazy bread to be delivered. The food arrived on time but the pizzas were very under cooked and they messed up the toppings on both pizzas. I tried to call the CS# but apparently it’s not answered. I also tried to call the store directly but apparently they don’t answer that phone either. How can a customer let you know of a mistake if you don’t answer. I’m stuck with food I can’t eat and no recourse. Very disappointing guys.

This place not only is it clean but so friendly. The customer service is amazing and they made sure my pizza was cut perfectly for my students and Hopkins junior west HS. Then sent cookies and stickers for them too. The students absolutely loved it. Thank you for making me look like a food hero!
