Little Caesars is fine pizza. Love their deep dish. Crazy bred is legit. But this store…this store needs serious improvement. Our pizza was falling apart, the service was awful, and the store is dirty. I stopped in, admittedly 5 minutes early, and was told our online order was still 15 minutes from being ready. That’s okay, I can wait, it’s the dinner rush. But after 15 minutes, I checked on it and was told it would be another 15 minutes. So I asked where it was at in being made; was then told it wasn’t made yet. I asked how close it was to being started, as everyone was being told 15-20 minutes until food would be ready. The front counter person told me they don’t know and just stared at me. I pressed that they check on it. And they went to the kitchen only to come back and tell me 15 minutes. So I ended up waiting…same thing happened again, after 15 MORE minutes I was told 15 more. I told them to cancel my order at that point. Magically, after starting the cancellation process, my order was ready. And, again, got home and my toppings were falling off the pizza.

Waited in line for 20 min. Not a single employee came to offer help. I had to eventually order online and then pick up my food. Please do better. As a restaurant manager of 25-plus years, this is unacceptable.

This was made fresh I waited 5 extra minutes for it after already waiting 10minutes because I originally ordered a pizza and cheesy bread with marinara sauce hot…. 10mins later came to grab food and the guy never even put on the cheesy bread so i had to wait another 5mins for that and in-between that 5mins I went and asked is the sauce that I asked to be hot was it hot already he never made it hot… Then I get my cheesy bread and it’s all burnt I get all the way home and had to drive back for the cashier to tell me well it was fresh.. lmao but they remade it after I said I’m going to make a review LETS JUST SAY that’s 1 strike for me them from me
