Hot n ready? no it took over more than 20 minutes for the detroit style – 2 squared pizzas 4 bread sticks. not only it came burnt but it came with a little bug on top of the pizza box.

I went in and asked for fresh breadsticks because my wife was craving them. The guy at the counter was super nice and said no problem, but the breadsticks we got were hard and deflated. We’ve never had problems here before. Just really disappointed
Edit: Update: I called and they had me come back and and remade the breadsticks for us and they came out great. They apologized for the inconvenience.

Old bald guy is beyond rude and unprofessional – this is the second time I’ve come to this location and have been completely ignored. The white older bald man is the most unfriendly and disrespectful individual I’ve ever came across for costumer service. Mind you the location is dirty and looks neglected.
I waited for at least 15 minutes waiting to be serviced with my grandmother and children waiting in the car. It’s Minnesota and freezing out. I didn’t get a single “Hello” or “I’ll be with you in a minute” -nothing radio silence. Customers were coming in and out also not be greeted despite them being online orders. Dude had the audacity to come to the front turn his back and completely ignore me but complain out loud how unhappy he is with the amount of pizzas he’s making.
I have videos of me just waiting there to prove the lack of customer service and lack of engagement
I would never recommend this location to anyone and honestly disappointed that this man has ruined little Caesar’s for my family and I. I do not understand how he still works at this location knowing I’ve witnessed him 6 months ago snap on a black woman using racial slurs, intimidation and refusing service to her after she spoke up from also waiting over 15 minutes to serviced.
Avoid this establishment until better employees that accurately represent Little Caesar’s are staffed until then avoid the hassle of racial profiling and the false hopes of a non-existent dinner.

Replace our order for two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks on our phones online and our order was ready in less than 6 minutes. Very impressive! The staff was also friendly and courteous.

After going here about once a month for 10+ years, my experience over the last few months has been abysmal, and what happened this weekend has turned me away for good.
Over the last few months, when I enter the store, even without a line ahead of me, I’ve waited 5+ minutes for anyone to come to the counter and take my order. Fortunately, the box/warming oven behind the counter usually has “hot and ready” options to choose from (which wasn’t the case ~3-5 years ago, so that’s an improvement), so I don’t have to wait for my order.
This weekend, when I went with my brother, we ordered two “hot and ready” pizzas and decided to add breadsticks to our order (which were not “hot and ready”). We ended up waiting 50 minutes. When my brother asked the person at the counter on the status of our order at around 30 minutes, he dismissively assured us it was still coming. When we decided to get a refund and leave because we had waited so long, (1) staff dragged their feet when it came to giving us a refund and (2) it was revealed that our order had been ready for “a while.” While my brother waited for a refund, I left, ordered takeout, and received it from the other restaurant in Mounds View Square Mall (Pink Flower) after waiting only 10 minutes; my brother spent most of that time still waiting for his refund.
This Little Caesars is disorganized and suffers for it. Unless you’re ordering something “hot and ready,” you’re better off going to the Domino’s across the highway for pizza or another nearby restaurant in Mounds View for a reasonable wait time.

I went in to buy a lunch combo. The first thing I saw was a bald guy who had some blood scabs on his head. Went ahead and still order. Then I paid and notice the guy had bunch of big rings on his hand and a dirty fingernails. After that I felt disgusted and decide to not eat the pizza after reading all the reviews that they dont keep it clean and dont wear gloves. Its obvious when a person is wearing multi thick/big rings they dont wear gloves. And with all the blood scabs on the head and fingernails dirty.. avoid this place.

This place does not get any better with age (compared to my old review). We’ve gone a couple of times in the past few months, and it’s just bad.
On our most recent trip, I walk in and greet the worker behind the counter and she just looks away rather than acknowledge me. Cool. Luckily, the order was in the “Pizza Portal” so I could help myself. Unfortunately, the pizzas were cut into slices of all sizes, the cheese pie was way overcooked (as pictured), the pepperoni pie was soooo thin (as pictured). We barely ate it, didn’t finish it, won’t be back anytime soon.

On a good day, you can go in and get your Hot-n-Ready pizza and Crazy Bread when it’s fresh, hot, and ready within minutes. On a bad day, you can get it fresh…after waiting 10 minutes or more. Once (while I was waiting for my order), I even saw a potential customer come in, wait at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, and finally shrug in disgust before walking out.

It was over an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. The crazy bread looked undercooked and was crammed into the bag. The pizza puffs were burnt and the crazy sauce was scooped out of uncovered containers and served at room temperature. I would hate to know how long those buckets of sauce had been sitting out at room temperature uncovered in full view of customers. Every single part of the experience was a joke. This location makes little caesers pizza look terrible.

I ordered ahead and got two undercooked pizzas. One pizza and breadsticks were fine. I tried calling and only got voicemail telling me to order online. I reached out online and haven’t heard a response. The most annoying part is these pizzas were the $17 stuffed crust pizzas.

I got my pizza Right away which is great, but I get home in one of my dipping sauces is open on the side which really sucks. My buddy asked for an all meat pizza and got home and saw it was a cheese pizza. Also it took 30 minutes, Plus when he was waiting, there was a drunk guy in there and the cops should have been called but they just told him to go away and never come again like what the hell? Call the cops on the guy. This has happened numerous times with messed up orders we’re going to Domino’s for now. Every time I order? I’m good
