Wow. I wish I could give it negative stars. From horrible service to even worse food – this location needs to be closed. I’ve eaten at other locations, but I’ve NEVER had such crap. Yuck. Teens working the store thinking it’s fun. Never will return and highly recommend others NOT go to the St. Paul/Arcade location EVER.

Ordered delivery. Took the driver 1 hour past the delivery time to reach my location that is only 16 minutes away. When I called to complain, they said that I would have to talk to doordash about the issue (that was another issue since I had to be transferred to some specialized little caesars doordash), and that if I wanted, they could remake the pizza but I had to come -pick it up.-
Sadly with the break down of hands in the pot, there is no accountability or responsibility when dealing with little caesars. I’m not surprised their chains are starting to close up. I will not be ordering from this chain again.

Got an order twice. Wrong soda twice. These dudes can’t tell the difference between no soda and a two liter of Mountain Dew. I don’t know if they just don’t have two liters or just can’t compensate with two small ones for a two liter idk.. it’s just crazy I ain’t got a drink I’m like that guy from sponge bob with no doctor diet kelp. Warning, this place is a joke! After 5 years of refusing to go to little Caesar’s I was not surprised to see it’s worse than before the pandemic. Our crazy bread was over cooked and dry. Our deep dish pizza was undercooked and doughy. Cutting the pizza in equal sized pieces was also a challenge for this place. Lastly, I ordered the crazy bread combo and of course they forgot the sauce and I had to go back in for that. How on earth can a pizza place not have figured out how to make pizza? I also noticed how prices have almost doubled since then. Please don’t go here! Learn from me!

DO NOT GET THE PRETZEL CRUST I’ve been to this location a few times over the years, but I’ve never really been compelled to write a review until now. Little Caesars has been advertising that their pretzel crust is back so as I would normally choose a different pizza company I decided to try little Caesars again, but I was severely let down. THE PRETZEL PIZZA CRUST TASTES LIKE BURNT DISH SOAP. There’s honestly no other way to describe it and for the crust supposed to be the best part of this pizza. It was severely underwhelming and inedible.

Ordered pick up, got there ealry didn’t have to wait too long. Food was hot out of the oven. Great place for good food and great prices. Childhood favorite. The pizza portal doesn’t work due to theft, so you have to pick it up from the cahier.

Hit or miss at this location. One lady that works there is extremely professional and kind. Love the puffs but this time I opened the box and you should have seen my face. I ordered the pepperoni and did get pepperoni on all four but you would think that by looking at them! The size difference and taste was bizarre!

I’ve been to this Little Caesars twice in the last 2 weeks. They have amazing deals. But the atmosphere is absolutely terrible. I guess you can’t really help what’s around in the neighborhood. But there are in this amounts of people panhandling and soliciting. It feels very unsafe. And I don’t really like going over there.
