Well…3 years ago, I left this place a 2 star review… they never followed corporate, they never had the EMB on hot and ready, they burnt EVERY DANG PIZZA. That i ordered. I stopped going.
Now… they have moved and got new faces, I was tired of driving across town to get a 6$ pizza, I figured i would give them a go… packer Sunday, you would think they had pizza hot and ready? Right? Wrong! Ok…10 minute (turned until 23 minutes….I left…. I let them keep the money and walked out.
I then figured I would give them one more shot… packer Sunday.. I’m sure it was insane… fast forward to Wednesday…5pm… prime time. Nobody in the building…I walked in, asked for a hot and ready… was told 10 minutes…
They haven’t changed. This location is still the armpit of little ceasars…. save yourself time and go to another location. Don’t give them your business

We were excited when we heard that Little Caesars was opening next door to us. We have ordered pizzas the last few weeks and it’s been really good. Kathy took my order and she was very professional and nice. She helped with my order and the pizza was promptly done at the time said and the pizza was delicious!

Being able to order and pickup without human interaction is wonderful for people who are looking to avoid social contact. This is a nice new location not far from the previous and within walking distance for a lot of people.

It’s always slow. And no one contact you until about 3 or 4 times after they’ve stared at you. Plus the pizza was definitely burnt. Great service in the past maybe 6 months ago, but this was last month. (First two photos)

They have come a long way! Ethan at the counter is top notch customer service! He reaches each customer in an outstanding timely manner! The crew in the back is always hard at work and seem to be happy! Even the food has drastically improved! I live down the road but even getting off of work instead of grabbing it on the way home from the place down my work, I drive just a tad further to get better service! Very impressed! Give them a raise Little Caesars!

Ordered a simple classic pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. No garlic sprinkles or whatever on the crazy. Pizza was over cooked and not classic. Disgusting thick or pan crust type of gross. 14 hr workday, just wanted a classic with a pbr to unwind,; ruined.

Pretty upset called ahead left name and # got there was told they had no sausage so I had assumed the person who just left as I arrived got my sausage pizza was told 15-20 min to make I wait 30 MINUTES which was ridiculous bc it’s a standard pizza but amazingly after 5 or 6 customers get served while I’m waiting after the store is empty one comes around and asks if I’ve been helped and what do u know MY PIZZAS HAVE BEEN DONE THE ENTIRE TIME livid they need to work on communication big time I won’t be coming back and I feel like something should be done about me wasting half an hour of my time

If I could have I would have given this place even lower than a 1. I was told my order would be 10 to 15 minutes it took 25 minutes to make two pizzas. I got the pizzas took them home and open them and they were burnt. Like you have one job make pizza it’s not complicated how in the hell do you burn it. No I did not bring it back I was not driving back to wait another 25 minutes to hopefully get a pizza that’s done right like you had to seen it while putting it in a box why would you put in a burnt pizza.
