Ordered a pizza online. Ik it’s not the stores employees fault that it was lost some where but never have I had a problem getting at least a refund. Showed screenshots of confermation email and they kept pulling me in circles with things like I got the wrong you probably sent it to the wrong address but confirmation email stated address the most they could do was tell me to call customer support. Which is closed as it is the 4th of July weekend. Told me they couldn’t remake my order told they couldn’t help me. I asked for a manager who seemed pretty young. For him to tell me that the owner would have to deal with it. Even gave me a fake phone number that literally doesn’t work. Didn’t leave at all so walked back in to be told they can’t give out his number. I understood that by why couldn’t they just tell me that. They refused to even tell me if he would be in the following Monday for them to proceed to tell me they don’t know when he will be in. Ig the store is ran by a bunch of kids that have no idea what to do in a situation like such.

I used to like this location but I don’t anymore. Totally went downhill. If you’re looking for hot and ready, there’s no such thing. Been in here five or six other times and they never have anything hot and ready and it’s not like it’s hopping busy. Have to wait 15 or 20 minutes. On occasion, they have blaring music with unedited versions of music with full blown F words and a whole works. I decided to wait for a couple of pizzas and waited 20 minutes. I would say about seven people walked out because nothing was ready. The person kept saying it would be about 15 or 20 minutes. I used to work at pizza places and you think you would take inventory about who comes in and how many pizzas are sold on specific days etc. and always have some on hand ready to walk out. I must have seen 7 missed sales now in just the short amount of time I’ve been here. RIDICULOUS! At times, my pizza isn’t even cooked enough and still soft, raw dough.

Poor service. I called in an order and was told it would be done in 20 minutes. Once I arrived I had to wait an additional 30 minutes while the young staff laughed and have a fun time. There was no apology for running late plus my order was made incorrectly. When I said my order was wrong I was told they couldn’t do anything. I will not be returning!
