I typically come to this location and tonight I did the same to grab some food for my family. Unfortunately when I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. It took 3 people to walk by me waiting at the register to take my order. Then as we are waiting on orders some guy from the back yells “remember the names! Hey its gonna be 20-30mins on all orders” (I ordered a hot and ready that was sittiing in the warmer) Then both staff walk away. As the guy from the back in the hat is walking away I say “excuse me” 4 times he ignored me. Someone else heard me saying excuse me and helped me finally but man what a crappy experience. Might just grab pizza from the other side of town if being ignored is going to continue to happen. Customer service is KEY and your staff failed HARD tonight.

Today I went to order a pizza I got a regular cheese pizza and then I wanted a stuffed crust large Hawaiian pizza with Canadian ham not bacon mushrooms and pineapple when I told him I ordered and paid for the stuff crust pizza they would not fix it they cut the pizza half-ass I would do better if I was you you got some strong competition I will not be coming back rude pizza was crap I got charged for something that I didn’t even get that was your mistake not mine get better workers I only come to you because I enjoy the stuff crust pizza but Pizza Hut has stuffed crust as well maybe they have better workers and better attitudes

Its not a club very dumb founded to walk in to music blaring with profanity . Employee was very rude and seemed to be in such a rush for no reason. I SHOULD be able to have time to look at the menu and see what I would like to eat. Not getting hand gestures to hurry up the pace.

This is to the person who was baking pizzas along with the breadsticks, between the hours of 4-5 pm today on 8/23/2025. My goodness this was hands down the best pizza my taste buds have encountered since placing orders from here! You deserve the spotlight. Thank you for the delicious pizza!!

For being a corporate store, workers aren’t very attentive to detail or orders. My family and I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza, nothing fancy. Instead, we received a pepperoni pizza with pretzel salt. The crust was not done correctly. It’s clear the water mix for the pretzel crust was not changed out. Who wants an extra salty regular pizza?

Ask for well done. This is not well done, not even close. Also this location needs to train or retrain the employee that answers the phone. It shouldn’t seem like it’s a hassle that I’m making you do your job. And when the order is complete you should say thank you not just hang up. Even though my order was partially correct I’m done trying to get my whole order correct. So no more spending money with this company. That’s what happens when businesses hire the cheapest employees possible and they don’t care what goes out the door. I guess I’ll have to spend a couple bucks more now and get my cheap pies from Dominos.

Just came in and placed an order the was not a “Hot and ready” order. The cashier slammed his hand down, and continuously made loud banging noises in the back while I waited stating his displeasure of having to do the extra work. Very uncomfortable feeling the entire time. Meanwhile another customer walked in while I was waiting complaining about his pizza being burnt to a crisp and wanting a replacement. Very awkward. Will be the last time ordering from here.
