Terrible!! We waited 2hours, called 2times and then drive to the store. The person at the store said they wouldn’t eat the pizza but refused to make a fresh order unless we ordered again. The 1800 line gave us the run around for over an hour saying the pizza was coming. The second time we called we told them we would go pick it up. In store and over the phone service was terrible. Would not recommend!!! I understand the service industry is having a hard time finding workers but then the websites should state “carry out only”!! We are a bunch of hangry kids & parents now. So frustrating!!

Seems like it always takes forever to get your order from this location. The app says it’ll be ready in 15 minutes, it will take 20 minutes and sometimes to food looks like was made an hour ago. Taste is good, but doesnt always look good.

The co owner Cory just told me after I told him about an order I have credit on for their mistake that they are not taking any more orders… they close at 4 and he refused my order at 3:30pm.
They messed up an order, tell me they will make up for it. I call get told they won’t make my pizzas… worst customer service EVER. Negative stars if you ask me. And I RARELY give below 3 stars.
Update, so I still order from this location and every time my pizzas are burnt… I don’t know why I bother… we just threw it away…

Went in and placed my order. They said 15 minute wait. Ok they were busy so no problem. At 30 minutes I kindly asked how much longer. I was told they were unsure as they guy who took my order wasn’t making my food. So I asked him to find. The woman who cooking came out and said in a very angry tone that she was very busy and never promised 15 minutes. She was very rude with me about the whole thing. It all started because I asked how long it was going to be. It was over 45 minutes by the way and left there stressed out. They were getting mad at people for not calling in ahead of time. No Hot and Ready. Um, isn’t that their slogan?
Update: I filed a complaint with Little Cesar’s. You can probably guess but they didn’t respond.
Update: still no response about my complaint. Due to lack of interest in customer service, allowing rude disgusting people to run the store and interact with customers and having read many, many similar reviews I will not be going to any Little Ceasars in the Chippewa valley anymore. I will do Domino’s or Pizza hut. I highly recommend you do the same.

A while back I left a 5 star review as I impressed. Now not so much. I went to the London road location to pick up my order I placed in the App. Got to the store and it stated 20 to 25 minutes which was fine. Waited for a while then noticed there door would not open. They tried, but couldn’t get it open as obviously there was something wrong. I figured I would not be able to pick up my pizza so called and was told they were making sure to refund everyone that could not get their order. I was charged still and not refunded. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Will have to take time out of my day to get there to try to have this taken care of. I’m extremely disappointed. Went to the one downtown and my order was done in 15 minutes. So this is the location that is getting a 1 star review. The other location I will give a 5 star to.
