Not really happy today. Ordered a hot n ready sausage pizza. I got this at half the size of a normal round pizza. The plate is a normal dinner plate. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Food was on point for what it is. How ever the service wasnt even just non existing it was terrible. I was told 10 minutes ended up being 45. Ordered two dips with my order, received my full correct order but when I requested to buy two more of the same sauces he refused. I said I understand I need to pay for them can you ring them up. He still refused. Real weird situation.

Every time I come here the staff are always super friendly, accomodating, and great at communicating wait times etc etc. I mainly want to high light the manager as he is always amping his team up and communicating very well. Everyone here is very friendly and doesn’t act like customers are an inconvenience like most fast food places do these days.

Pizza tasted great, but while waiting for my order, employees are swearing back and forth and complaining about the lunch rush. Slamming things around the back. One employee mentioned there being “hundreds of other places to eat in town” loud enough for every customer in the lobby to hear. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

I have often wondered how this place stays in business. Rarely is there anything decent “hot & ready,” service is hit or miss, wait times are crazy. Staff needs better training, and knowing their own busy times, they should stock up on grab and go items. I have waited and walked out empty-handed more times than I’ve left with products. Thank me later, and just skip this stop.

I felt I had to come leave this review. This location has been the worst for a long time. I mean the worst. However the past few times I’ve gone over the past month or it’s been spot on. In fact I’ve never had a breadstick that had color to it. It’s usually pail and floppy. These were actually cooked. The same goes for the pizza someone finally figured out how to cook the dang pizza. Not only that it’s been done on time if not faster than expected from the what the online receipt says. Keep it up whatever you are doing!

It’s nice to see someone take pride in what they do and really care about the customers. And of course the food is always delicious and fresh. Give this man a raise !!! Definitely worth stopping by.

Pizza tastes great! It’s really convenient to just walk up to the portal and take my pizza without having to wait at all.
Only negative I’ve had was sometimes the app makes promises for pizza at a time the restaurant can’t do.
The reason behind the 4 stars & not 5 is there were a few small issues that added up. As a whole, it’s good food, good price and good service
