Was a little frustrated after buying 4 pizzas crazy bread and dipping sauce.
I get home turn on the TV and an add for little Caesars came on saying large 1 topping pizza were 4.99 when ordered online which I had done and I just paid the normal every day price for everything. Based the tip off the total I was given then find out I was charged 2 dollars more per pizza

It’s good and it’s bad. I have had some really good pizza and really bad pizza. But that’s what you get when you don’t wanna wait in line, my recommendation is to order online ( I’m not 1000% sure but I’m pretty sure if you do they make your order fresh especially if just want a pepperoni pizza just add extra sauce or sum and it will be.) overall if you get a good pizza and breadsticks they’re hitting hard. If you get the pizza that’s been sitting to long tho, you can really tell.

Went to Little Caesars all the time for the hot and ready. Always had a pizza ready. The last 3 visits went like this: First 2 was had to wait for a hot and ready for 15 minutes. Then the last visit, came in, nobody recognized me as the customer, no hello, I even said I will go to Pizza Hut if I do not get any service, and then another customer in the room pointed me out to the staff. Hmm. I asked them are they open. They said yes. I ask do you have any hot and ready available. They said crazy bread and wings. No pizza for the thrid time. I ask them how long are you open till. They said 11:00pm. I told the person this is the 3rd time in the row I came in for a hot and ready and no pizza ready. Customers in the room points out to staff that there is a customer in the room. And don’t even offer discout for a customer waiting 15 minutes for a hot and ready when it should be ready upon ordering. That is what it means, hot and ready upon service. Not even an apology. Food is great, but service failed. This happend 04/12/2025 at around after 9:30pm. Me and 2 other customers in the store. They were also shocked at the service. I went to Pizza Hut where I got the better service and my pizza with a higher price but that was more reasonable due to the service and I understood they had to make the pizza first upon service. Hope Little Caesars will learn.

Honestly, my mind was blown. It was my first time getting pizza from this place. If I’m being honest, it’s better than any other pizza shop in Marshfield. The quality is absolutely amazing, and the prices are just as good! The staff is really kind, even when it’s busy. This will be my go to from now on!

Only been going to this location for a few months since moving here. Saying that it is the BEST Little Caesars doesn’t even give this place justice that it deserves. Not a single complaint and we eat here a lot. Thank You for your constant GREAT service!! So wonderful to get that these day as

Ordered my food online then when i got the notification saying it was done. When i got there not only was it not done but i sat and waited because they were a lttle busy. After 30min of waiting the one worker started asking others for what their orders where when i sat there longer. I ordered my food online so i could have a quick easy meal but ended up just leaving cause i was sick of waiting

Horrible customer service and fraudulent charges acquired with refusal to reimburse. I called and said I received my delivery but was missing half my order. The delivery man was Spanish speaking and told me on his phone interpretation app that these are the only items he was given. The male employee I spoke with at the MARSHFIELD Little Caesars branch said I would have to drive to town to pick up my missing order or get it another time. REFUSED to reimburse me for only the items they did not give me and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up on me and said he won’t be talked to this way as if I was doing something wrong asking if I could speak to his superior. I called back, same worker answered, smugly repeated that he wouldn’t reimburse me and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor or tell me their supervisor name. Thank god this was a trial to make sure delivery indeed reached my slightly out of town address as I planned to buy a very large amount for our 200 wedding reception guests the following weekend. Instead I guess we will be telling our friends and family about our unfortunate, criminal and ill mannered experience. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this.
