Ordered one cheese pizza an hour ahead of time. Get in and they said haven’t even started it. 20 minutes later they said 4-5 minute wait. It took 25 minutes to get one cheese pizza, even after ordering ahead of time.

Literally waited 45 min for TWO simple pizzas but was told the wait was 15 min – I wasn’t the only one who had to wait that long but never again! For your name to be HOT AND READY definitely doesn’t fit! This is every time I go it’s just sad

Been a long time since we’ve been here. The cheese sticks were good. The stuffed crust pizza was even better. This may be our new go to pizza place. I was impressed in the improvements that were made regarding the quality of ingredients. Keep it up.

As there were 5 people in the lobby waiting for crazy bread there was FIFTEEN!! ONE FIVE pizzas on the counter getting cold. Not in a warmer or anything. When I grabbed my pizzas to leave it was hardly warm on my hand!! So not impressed

This is a 3.5 star rating if I could. For what little ceasers is it’s one of best bangs for buck. Pizza is decent, better than domino’s or pizza hut all day long. But Marco’s or toppers are better than this if you’re looking for fast food pizza. On this day however, (not sure if it was becuz of the holiday or short of help,) but the pizza was below how it usally is. Our delivery driver was great! On time and courteous, the Detroit style was undercooked and not very good. The stuffed crsut was better but undercooked from the norm. Breadstick were like usual, very mid. When we have company and need a quick bite I would order again but on this visit they missed.

Not only am I out 20 bucks in all the food but I gotta cook because the kids won’t eat l. Wasn’t worth waiting 30 minutes for. I have managed a pizza place before this is easily fixable

What a great experience my family and I had at this Little Caesars Pizza location! After placing an order over the phone, we were greeted at the door with a smile, warm welcome, and exceptional customer service. Not impressed at all. Got there and was talking to the kid behind the counter. Told him I usually go to the one in new london. He told me to please go to the one in new london. Got home, over 40 miles away, and opened the box and one piece was maybe 2 inches wide. It was full of bubbles. The bread stix looked like some drunk cut them or something. Oneness the size of a pencil while the end one was the size of 2. The ends of all of them were rock hard. I guess next time I will go to the one in new london.

I’m trying to keep in perspective that this is a fast food restaurant, staffed by some pretty young people. Even with that in mind, the experience was just bad enough to write about.
I placed a very small online order, and arrived within the time frame stated in my order confirmation. After roughly 10 minutes of other orders going out the door – I approached the counter and was told they were only waiting on Crazy Bread, which was already in the oven. That employee walked back into the kitchen, put on her headphones, and never returned. A new shift came in, so I decided to just back off and give them a chance to catch up – and wound up spending another 45 minutes watching other customers leave with food ordered long after mine. If my one pizza and breadsticks were truly in the oven – you burned them. Probably incinerated, after and hour and fifteen minutes.
I’m embarrassed to say that I asked for a refund, because I just physically couldn’t wait any longer. Worse than the employee who avoided customers and stiffed her peer with the hard conversations – was the manager who never acknowledged me or the wait, and just robotically issued my refund….as if this kind of thing is routine there. The only positive is the lovely young lady who arrived to a packed lobby full of frustrated customers, and greeted every one of them with grace and poise. She’s the reason this review gets two stars.
