Food was not cooked. What’s worse is that even though I ordered through the site directly it was delivered by door dash.I call the little ceasar customer service line and all they do is transfer me to to door dash. This is why companies like this handle deliveries as they do. They can simply blame the other party, and that very much shows in this companies shady practices.
Update: A month later and zero compensation nor any update from company concerning the numerous escalations. They did however give me a ticket number that is 32 characters long and notification that they don’t send out emails concerning the status of your request. Basically they have done everything they can to make it impossible for a customer who receives bad service, or uncooked or spoiled food to receive compensation. Well aside from the 3 dollars and some change that was the delivery fee. Zero stars would be too many.

Was not pleased with the order, pizza was given with it half bent, breadsticks not fully cooked. Also I noticed that the cooks do not wear gloves while handling food. Do not recommend this location.

I give it 2 stars because the staff was nice, but the pizza was not cooked. I got 2 regular stuffed crust pizzas and they both were soggy and not cooked fully. The dough was still doughy and the crust was still white. I had to finish cooking them in my own oven. I know they were short staffed and had a lot of people waiting but that doesnt mean you slack on quality. The classic pizza was cooked fine but the two stuffed crust were soggy and raw. I will never go back to this particular franchise. Very disappointed

The staff were really rude. We had ordered an Italian garlic bread, and there was no mention anywhere that dining in was not allowed. We placed our order and waited for it to arrive. Once it came, we sat down and started eating, but halfway through, one of the staff members came over and told us that dining in wasn’t allowed. The way she said it was quite rude and unpleasant.

DISAPPOINTED . last few times my pizza was not the best quality but tried again. This time I ordered delivery. When received my pizza it was the wrong pizza. Wrong topping and the stuffed crust was nasty. The cheese inside was gritty like a cottage cheese texture and resemble. My stuffed cheese sticks were burned looking and smashed and half was missing cheese ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. I officially gave up on little cesars. There quality has went done tremendously. Does nobody check the quality or care enough before it goes to a customer???
