Ordered here a few times & we like the prices & usually the delivery times. Had them leave the order on my porch but they forgot one of my pizzas. I called the customer service number to see about getting my pizza and they said I had to re-order. They refunded the full order price, but in reordering the single pizza an $11 pizza was going to end up costing over $20 with all the fees and require another 40 minute wait. I realize it’s corporate process, but it’s a really poor experience.

7 o’clock hour on a Saturday, we placed an order for portal pick up. It wasn’t ready in time, but that’s ok, there were many factors as to why. The woman working the front counter was amazing. She was obviously hearing impaired, but that didn’t stop her. She put out more fires in the 10 minutes I was there than I do all day with customers. I didn’t care that my order was late, watching her take care of everyone and get those pizzas out the door needs more recognition, and I hope she gets it.

Horrible. Always forget my sauce and you will ALWAYS wait double time. It took 20 minutes for two breadsticks, I drove all the way home and then realized they forgot my ranch. They are slow and not just physically. It says on the bag “ranch” and you PAY EXTRA FOR IT and they will STILL forget it. This only happens to me at the sun prairie location.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this Little Caesars! As a person who loves his pizza, I can say this spot nailed it. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about getting my order right. The pizza was, as always, on point—perfectly crispy crust and gooey cheese. I also appreciated how clean and organized the place was. It’s not always easy to find a spot that hits all the marks, but this location does. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick, cheap yet tasty pizza fix!

The lady Samantha with attitude stated 30 minutes, so nothing really hot n ready about it. We then came back to get our pizza I noticed they only still had our pizza and bread sticks, no additional pizzas hot and ready for the next customers if they arrived , no one answering as I sat at the counter waiting. No customers so they are not busy. Then go to eat it and there’s no marina sauce…like at all, it’s been overcooked, the bread sticks almost like dehydrated and old, stale. We have eaten at this exact little Caesars many times and never had this experience. It has really gone downhill, DO NOT GO HERE.

I havent gotten my food yet, and I have waited 45 min past the time my online order was supposed to be ready, but I am so impressed with the 3 ladies here. They are working so hard despite many technical difficulties, and I really appreciate their efforts.

What a disgrace, I waited for nearly half an hour for an order because they didn’t have enough staff, and the cashier was a little difficult too, I hope they hire more staff, especially on weekends, I won’t return unless they fix their mistake

The last 5 to 6 times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait around 10 minutes for a pizza. The last time I came and no hot and readys. Pay for my pizza and told it will be around 7 minutes. I ask why there is never any hot and readys when thats their whole deal. As their giving me my change back they say 7 minutes isn’t bad and I shouldn’t complain and this will be my last pizza because im banned now. I just laughed and asked why, because I just asked why there isn’t any hot and readys. They said because they said so and said that as long as their there I will not get a pizza. They didn’t have a name tag on but said their name was Mimi. Super unprofessional and im sure it is not how the owner would want their store ran.

I showed up at 6:30pm to pick up dinner for the family. There were zero hot n’ ready pizzas. Three people were standing in line and no one came to help us. After waiting for a few minutes the phone rang. An employee came to answer the phone and then proceeded to take the phone order and not assist those standing in front of them. I understand everyone is busy in the world today but that was a poor sign of customer service. Not to mention this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
